Had a great time. communicative host. very responsive, highly recommended.

The house is spectacular, even nicer than the pictures. The weather is delicious and the dam offers many plans. Martin and Pablo give very good tips and the support of Pacho and Myriam makes the stay much more comfortable. The only "against" is that access to the house is a little complicated, so it is advisable to travel during the day and carry a 4X4.

We have previously stayed at this property and we really like the ease of access, privacy, and the attention of the owners (who are always very attentive to any concerns). The property has all the necessary amenities to spend a very pleasant stay and has everything offered in the publication. We look forward to coming back.

Incredible place, wonderful scenery and spectacular house. The beds a little hard but I have no words to describe the place..a MARAVILLA. very kind Betty and Helena who welcomed us. In the rooms the perfume they put on was very rich but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely recommended.

What a special place! There really aren’t any words to describe how beautiful this place. Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings. Cozy, quiet and lovely views with amazing birds and plants around. You are close enough to the town to enjoy all it has to offer, but far-enough removed to feel like you’re in private magical place. We had a fantastic stay. Rick was super helpful with all regards, always very quick and with good advice. He recommended amazing person and travel guide, Oscar, who became our dearest friend and we spend two fantastic weeks traveling together to Cócora Valley and Hardin. He also helps us with dental doctor’s appointments. Highly recommended. An amazing experience. We didn’t want to leave.

Divine the stay, the beautiful place, the excellent weather, the house is super clean, super recommended, the only thing and it would not be negative. It would be that they would fix the boat to walk in the rest of the lake, everything is very good, the Butordomo Don Luis and his wife are very kind and helpful with us.

Sergio was an amazing host! Super friendly, helpful and responsive. Photo's/description looks exactly like the place in person. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, with a few friends/family this is definitely the place to go. Private property, with beautiful views.

We had a good stay, everything went smoothly, Fransisco is a very communicative host. You self-check-in by registering with the security guard at the reception.

Great Stay And Good Value For Money.

The apartment is as described, very comfortable and great location, so many restaurants around, we had an awesome time and created beautiful family memories, we definitely recommend this place to come with family or friends.

Franklins place is in a good location, plenty of places to grab food right near the condo. There's also a money exchange place right across the street with better exchange rates than the airport. The beach is just a 10min walk or less, and the area felt safe. Fabio assisted with the check-in process and he made sure we had everything we needed. He took me around the city and showed me some of the culture, it was very helpful to have someone from the area to show us the lay of the land. Would definitely come back to Franks spot, we had a great time.

We loved the experience!!!! A wonderful apartment!! The apartment is very well decorated, it looks beautiful, everything was spotless, the wi fi, the TV worked perfectly. The apartment is very cool, we did not use the air conditioning or the fans so much because we didn't see it necessary, but they worked perfectly. The area is very safe, we really liked that, there are many restaurants nearby. The beach is a 3-minute walk away and the laguito is in front. Elias responds very quickly and was always attentive to us and helped us a lot. 10/10 experience

The apartment is nice and comfortable, as described in the listing. The condominium is great for families, has several swimming pools and direct access to the sea. Juan was always attentive and quickly responded to our concerns

We loved this place, it had everything we needed. The condo is in a locked building so we felt completely safe. It took about 7 minutes to walk to the square but there were small stores and restaurants a bit closer. Melissa was very responsive when we text. There is some construction going on outside, they started around 8am. It didn't bother us but if you like to sleep in and are a light sleeper, I would check the status before booking. We would stay here again for sure!

The accommodation was just like the pictures, with air conditioning in each bedroom which is very important. She was always attentive and answered any questions we had and even gave us recommendations for places to eat

It is a very comfortable, beautiful house with all the necessary facilities, a nice view , fireplace and thermal blankets that make you forget the cold to enjoy a wine and a dinner as a couple. Victor's attention is very good and friendly. The reception and restaurant staff are also very helpful. We will definitely be back. Great experience and service.

Loved staying at this rental. Amazing communication, Elena the housekeeper checked on us every day, made a beautiful breakfast, offered help throughout the day and night, even ordered us take out! She really made the stay perfect. 👍🏻

Beautiful location, very close to the town of Guatape. They were really helpful with renting a boat for our family and finding us a large van to get back to Medellin. The large soccer field, trampoline, and hammocks were a huge hit with our kids.

Beautiful location, very relaxing, paula was very helpful and responded quickly to messages, off licence nearby open 24/7, 10 min walk to la piedra entrance where you can get the bus or tuc tuc to guatape or Medellín.
