Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering at Airb&b since Oct22. The loft has about 130sqm , ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub,Daybed, 2pers snail shower and Real wood fireplaces leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5x4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events Wine fridge 4xGas and a ceramic hob are provided

Vierkanthof am Fühlinger See! - # Vierkanthoffuehlingen - The listed courtyard complex is located in the north of Cologne. In just a few steps, reach the recreational area "Fühlinger See". A charming apartment, modernly furnished with fully equipped kitchens. Bed linen and towels are provided. The city center is easily accessible by public transport. A bakery, butcher and a very good pizzeria are located in the immediate vicinity of our farm.

A cozy modernized former farmhouse half on the outskirts. Unfortunately, we are bound to city life and can not always be in this beautiful area. Countless opportunities for hiking, cycling, sailing, fishing, etc. 20 minutes walk to the Woffelsbach am Rursee with its great boat trips. Organic farm in the same place. Dogs and children are welcome) On request, more sleeping places may also be possible.

Walnut hut on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Vacation on the "Black Lake" with fantastic views

Dear guests, our apartment is on the 1st floor of our house. We have extensively renovated it over the last year. In doing so, we renewed the entire bathroom ceramics and redecorated the other rooms except for the kitchen. It consists of bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. It can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
