Private suite vacation rentals in Cologne

I was there for two months and I had a very good experience, Jim and Shelale are very friendly, he went to Bonn to pick me up and she welcomed me with dinner. Some details that needed to be fixed, the most important being the door that at first didn't close properly and I was a little cold but a friend partially fixed it for me since Jim couldn't. The train is less than a 20-minute walk away, but getting back wasn't always easy as trains were sometimes canceled or delayed. You have to take the S12 and not the S19 from Siegburg/Bonn since the 19 does not stop in Blankenberg. There is a castle very close and you can visit it at a walking distance, it is a nice walk through the countryside.

Gregor's circus wagon is a small oasis at the gates of Cologne. It was easy to reach and there was parking in front of the door. Gregor is very nice, spontaneous and helpful. The place can be turned into a romantic highlight with a few candles and creativity. :) It was very cold outside but the circus wagon is very well stocked with warm elements, so we had it cuddly warm. Nearest shopping is a Lild 3 minutes by car. All in all, I would absolutely recommend it and would love to come again. By the way, Gregor himself is also totally nice and spontaneous, we booked almost one hour before Valentine's Day and everything was tip top.

Really nice apartment on an old farm where we felt right at home. It has everything you need and thanks to the oven and heaters, the accommodation can be heated well even in winter. Nici was a very kind and accommodating host and always easily accessible. We highly recommend the place!

We have been to this wonderful apartment several times. From here you can start directly on foot into the Siebengebirge Nature Park, either to various peaks (Wolkenburg, Löwenburg, Himmerich, Oelberg, Petersberg) or down to the Rhine to the beautiful Bad Honnef with very nice restaurants/wine bars and very good shopping opportunities. Bathing in the neighboring lake or even larger excursions to Cologne or Bonn - here you can occupy yourself very well. The accommodation is fantastically beautiful and there is simply nothing to complain about. Would highly recommend!

Communication before arrival was impeccable, always easily and quickly accessible. Upon arrival, I was personally welcomed by Stephanie and shown the place. The place was as described and as in the photos, everything was very clean and also everything you need was there. There are all shopping facilities nearby (Rossmann, Netto, Kaufland, etc.). There are also plenty of restaurants/snacks nearby. I would recommend it at any time

Excellent accommodation in a very quiet, beautiful location. Also highly recommended when visiting Messe Essen - the accommodation is very easily accessible by public transport. Supermarket is nearby. Communication was very good, the room cozy and nicely decorated - everything you need. Clear recommendation! (:

Calm and a wonderful place to stay. It has everything we needed.

The location close to Solingen hbf and easily to take train to anyplace. The house area also like a small town, there lots of shops and restaurants. We very enjoyed staying there.

Very safe, quiet and beautiful private house with private parking for our long car. No stairs for kids or pond. It was also warm inside, our kids loved the garden view. We have put food for the forest birds and saw a very rare warbler, siskins and woodpeckers. A lot of very nice hot water in the shower. Yvonne has her own water supply that is very soft for hair and skin and tastes great.

A super cozy accommodation with everything you need for a nice vacation. We really liked the sauna in particular and provided relaxation. Charly & Anja are also very accommodating and were always easily accessible for us. Her cat Gustav also came to visit a few times, which was nice:) We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at Martina’s place! It is well decorated and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable. Public transportation was close and easy. The hanging rail was really cool! Grocery stores and shopping were close by-within walking distance. The bathroom was even really nice with a great tub! Martina was flexible with our check in and had a bunch of great recommendations for local things. The location was very central and the neighborhood felt safe. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the area!
