We had a lovely stay. Good off-center location, quiet, with walking distance to the city center. Good value for money and good communication with the owners. We recommend and would happily come back if we have a chance.

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful surroundings! Our stay at this house near Como was just perfect. The house itself is modern and stylishly decorated, yet wonderfully nestled in the charming old village – a great combination of tradition and modernity. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this place!

There were three of us on vacation with a dog in this beautiful apartment and we couldn't have met it better. The apartment has a magnificent view and is in the sunshine from morning to evening. A cozy place with soul. Simply fantastically beautiful. Elisabetta & Mattia were great hosts, with great tips on the surroundings. We recovered superbly and had feelings of spring over New Year's Eve thanks to the great location & pure sun. Clear recommendation!

What an amazing house Ivana has. Outside beautiful, easily accessible, private outdoor seating area. Inside, all expectations go above and beyond. We enjoyed the house, the surroundings and the delicious apple pie.

The stay was very pleasant, Enrico is very kind and helpful, we arranged easily for check-in/out and technical things. In winter, there's little chance to eat out; the place has everything you need so we were able to cook nudely at home. The accommodation is slightly cold (January) but with a stove and heaters that have made the house warm and comfortable. The house is very close to the dam, within walking distance with a very nice path. Lots of walking and on-time bus service. The house is on the side of the mountain that has sunshine even in winter. Absolutely recommended!

Zeno is very helpful, and responds quickly. the property was as described. In a lovely location, it's about a 5 minute walk from the parking, there are steep stairs on the walk. The house itself was specious and comfortable.

Even though I only spent one night there, it was a great experience. Wonderful apartment, very helpful owners, the restaurant is absolutely recommended. Even having a small issue late in the evening, it was resolved immediately. I'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The pool was great, and not shared with too many people. The views were lovely. The location is a ten minute drive from Luino, but there are a couple of good restuarants and a small supermarket within a short walk. It's very quiet and peaceful. The only slight issue is that we were expecting fans in all the bedrooms, but they had only provided one. However this was rectified the same day we reported it. It certainly needs fans when it's hot!

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

What a great location and amazing host. Everything we could have hoped for. The property was as described, ideally located for everything you could want or need. Alessandra was an amazing host before, during and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

His place is very well arranged, tidy and clean, it fully matches the description of the listing. The photos made available on the construction of the chalets made us discover the progress of the work, the beauty and therefore the merit of the 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Bravo! We were surrounded by trees 🌳 and mountains as far 🏔 as the eye can see, it's just beautiful to see. It is a peaceful, quiet, relaxing and disconnecting place for everything you were looking for. Not to mention the spectacle of setting and sunrise over the cottage every day with its large balcony and large bay windows... really soothing! There is the possibility to walk easily, to visit the Sessa gold mine, to eat in restaurants in the nearest city without any worries. I would recommend it closed! Thank you Alois

Hi, I was very well received. The environment is quiet and pleasant, with easy access to the city, on foot, as well as shops and transport. Morena's apartment is spacious, very clean, and everything is already on site – all you have to do is put your bags down! I highly recommend it. Morena is always available and takes care to check in with us regularly. If I come back, I will not hesitate to come back to your place. Cedric

We spent three wonderful nights at this chalet nestled in the heights of Lake Como, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It was a haven of peace, surrounded by nature and animals, away from any urban noise or traffic. Absolute calm allowed us to really recharge our batteries. The cottage was warm and very nice, a real cocoon that my mother and I loved. Only small downside: the bed a little noisy when we moved, but nothing that spoiled our stay. The hosts were adorable, very welcoming and thoughtful, even going so far as helping us unload the car. We would definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway in an idyllic setting!

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

First of all, highlight Brendon's attention and quick availability for any questions. The apartment is impeccable, very clean, with heating throughout the house and modern furniture with everything you need for your stay (washing machine, hairdryer, microwave, iron...) Train station very close to walk and get to the center of Milan in half an hour. In fact despite having a rental car we use this option to visit the Duomo . Average equally from Como to visit the lake. It's very good option, especially if you're driving

Very nice villa with a very good view over the Lugano lake. We had passed a very good time. The villa is quite big, clean and well equiped. There is a jacuzzi on the third floor and barbecue outside. (We have tried both of them) Marco have replied to our messages actively and in time. Thanks for the hosting
