Andy was a great host. The unit was clean, well organized, quiet and had everything we needed. The site was private and office staff was very friendly. Nice to have laundry facilities handy as well. Would stay there again.

The A frame is a lovely home in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed spending time on the deck, listening to Oak Creek and the wildlife. I definitely recommend Julie’s home to anyone thinking of visiting Sedona.

This stay at Lori's beautiful home was as wonderful as always. It was so nice to bring one of my friends this time around. She has been extra weary over her husband's cancer and very long radiation therapy. It was such a nice respite for her. I loved taking the short hike to the overlook and creek. We enjoyed the star filled sky at night and good eats in town during the day. Having the comfiest beds ever, made for an amazing night's sleep. The coziness and warmth of this magical place brought so much healing. Thank you Lori for providing such lovey stay.

the location is absolutely amazing! we had so much fun in cottonwood. there were amazing restaurants around town such as black bear diner and Nic’s Steak and Crab.

What an excellent, inspiring space situated on a slice of heaven on the banks of Oak Creek. We felt right at home and had all the comforts of home included during this stay. A stones throw from some amazing coffee and food (Brewha), and a short drive to Sedona, this location had us exploring the entirety of the area (Cottonwood, Jerome, Flagstaff, and even the Grand Canyon). Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking to wind down in a peaceful space while chasing inspiration in Arizona.

Joan’s place was very beautiful. The pond and island were amazing. Even though the kitchen was outdoors it was extremely clean and had all of the necessary amenities. The bathroom was very clean too. The place very close to town, with downtown Flagstaff being less than a 10 min drive. I would definitely stay here again. The treehouse bedroom was very cool. The bed was not the most comfortable. The sandy beach area was very enjoyable as well as the grass area in the front of the property.

Everything about this property was amazing. A beautiful home, in a beautiful location, with incredible views. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. We didn't want to leave. Already planning our trip back!

Absolutely perfect! The house is decorated so perfectly and we felt so at home! Perfect yard/deck and lots of shopping very close by. We will 100% be back next time we are in AZ. Amazing job, Tia & Grant. We loved every bit of our trip!! Thank you both!!

This was my first Air BnB experience, and couldn't be more pleased. The accommodations were spectacular, the hosts were communicative, and we just really enjoyed this home and the location within Sedona is second to none--close to everything, yet very quiet and secluded. Absolutely beautiful home in a beautiful place. We were there partly for work and stayed a couple of extra days to explore Sedona, and we couldn't have picked a better place for a basecamp for both work and pleasure. Simply stunning.

The property is absolutely stunning. While we were there Sedona got an unexpected amount of snow, shutting down the road into town. Troy went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed ourselves. We were able to take a beautiful snowy hike behind the property, then warmed up in the jacuzzi and ended our night with a home cooked meal inside the loft. The next morning Troy had the driveway cleared and ready for us to depart as soon as the roads opened back up. Troy was also very informative, he knows the area very well and was great at recommending places to go. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Very responsive hosts, and extremely beautiful scenery. The creek runs right through your back yard. We spent more time listening to the creek than we did in town. Very restful place to stay!

Great spot for a nice quiet getaway, Happy and Free were great hosts and very welcoming. The entire place was well kept and our stay was pleasant. The only point of reference was in regards to the amount of available hot water in the suite. We rinsed off to hop in the tub and the water went cold about halfway full causing the need to wait for the water heater to refill. This was the only partially negative item as everything else was well worth the stay.

GORGEOUS HOME ! Pictures don’t make it justice. My friends and I felt at home staying here. The beds were comfortable, very clean bathrooms, hot water, and well stocked house. Just like described. I personally really liked the big windows looking at the backyard and the creek next to the house. It was so peaceful to listen to as well. Also, Carin and Jonathan were amazing hosts! They are very attentive and are ready to help with anything. I would love to go back to Sedona and stay here again! 10/10 recommend!!
