Vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

Joanie’s place was a fantastic family spring break destination - all the comforts of home and the beach within footsteps. Beach toys and chairs were ready and waiting plus great patios for morning and evening relaxation, including an outdoor shower and hose to de-sand after the beach. Super clean townhouse, well appointed and comfortable. Super short trips to Publix, local ice cream shops, etc. We cooked most meals - kitchen was stocked with all we needed including a few incidentals (e.g., salt, pepper, oil, condiments, etc). Highly recommend - would stay again in a heartbeat.

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

We had a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to the Kennedy Space Center. An added bonus was that we were able to see two rocket launches from the beach.

Nice and cozy apartment with thoughtful amenities + a great neighbourhood! Kelsy was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Would love to visit again!

We only stayed one night before our cruise but it was a great place to crash for the night! The futon is surprisingly comfortable and the place was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The space would be a little tight for more than 2 people if the stay was longer but worked perfectly for our one night stay with 4 people.

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Wife and I had a 4 night stay in the area and found Ron’s place. We are so glad we did! Great communication and the location was very easy to find. With the way the house is situated, it felt very private. Excellent decorations and usage of space, it could easily accommodate a long stay with the washer/dryer, full size fridge, and hotplate with toaster oven and microwave set up. They even offered beach chairs and towels! Since it is located directly off the road, you do hear some road noise, but nothing disrupting. We enjoyed Rearview Coffee, Dixie Crossroads, and downtown Titusville while we were in the area. About 20 min out from Merritt Island Preserve. Would definitely stay again if we ever come to the area!

This was a perfect stop before our cruise for our big group! Alligators and wildlife all around! Lost of stores close and was easy to get last minute supplies and food!

This townhouse was absolutely beautiful, and the views and easy walk to the beach can’t be beat! The kitchen had everything we could’ve ever wanted plus some. All the beach gear was provided for us to use, too! If we are ever back in the area, we’d stay here in a heartbeat.
