Excellent place with the best view and the breeze was awesome!

Clean and modern home. Centrally located in a safe and beautiful area. Short walk to restaurants, markets and hiking trails. Irene was an excellent host and I would not hesitate to stay again on a return visit.

My mother and I stayed for 2 nights at this lovely home. Luis was a fantastic host, super responsive and proactive to all out needs. The place was so peaceful and spacious. There was such a huge covered outdoor living space to laze around in and enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you may need to cook there. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms were very clean with lots of toiletries available. It was a lovely area to take nice long walks in. This would be a great place for a larger family to stay in, so much room. And there were lots of fans to circulate air, plus on demand AC's if you needed it a little cooler. Would gladly stay here again.

Great accommodation Unexpectedly, a fireworks came on 12/24 at noon at night but there was also everything. Clean ,cozy, super service very helpful . Recommended !! We would stay here again ☺️

¡Excellent stay! The house is very nice and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying with the family. I want to highlight the attention of Carlos, who takes care of the house. He was very attentive and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Best of all, being able to be in front of the sea with direct beach access. An excellent place to spend a family vacation, 100% recommended. Everything is very clean, tidy and in excellent condition. If you are, like me, of those chasing the mosquitoes I recommend to be away from the house after 6pm. I think it was by the rainy season.

Had an awesome stay with the family at this villa on the golf course. I intended to get in a round of golf, but weather and other commitments didn't allow it. The villa is huge and had plenty of space for all 11 people in our group. The kids loved the pool, and even some of the adults got in a quick dip as well. We had access to the beach club which was a nice benefit we really didn't expect. There are several restaurants nearby that are not attached to the resort, so don't feel like you have to eat at the resort restaurants. We paid extra to have the golf cart which we were able to enjoy during the day, but the headlights didn't work so we couldn't use it at night. While you're in the area, recommend a day trip to El Valle. Unfortunatley, for us, it rained heavily for like an hour straight, but after that we were able to walk up and down Central Ave. Overall, it was a great trip and Eva's villa made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy each other's company. Highly recommend!

My stay was phenomenal, there was a lot of privacy to be quiet as a family, as well as the pool was spacious, very clean. the truth is that my family and I enjoyed the stay and the beautiful sunset that is seen in the estate of Cesar and Elizabeth. if I had to make a suggestion it would just reinforce the beds a bit so they don't make any noise.

Everything was perfect, Jorge was very attentive and proactive. The apartment is very well located and easy to access both the beach and amenities in the sector, in addition the apartment has everything you need to be able to be comfortably. Highly recommended everything

We stayed with our family and dogs and had a wonderful time at Sanya's house. It's super easy to get there from the city, with convenient stores just 10 minutes by car. There are restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and beach activities, such as walking and sightseeing, are very close by. The private beach is only 10 minutes away by car, and it was completely peaceful with no one else around during our stay. The house has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Burma's place was great for my family. The balcony with the view of the ocean was wonderful. The beach and property were clean. Burma's condo was as described and suited all of our needs.

The place is just like you see it on the photos. The beach area was beautiful and clean.

This condo is big and comfortable with an awesome balcony. We sat outside every morning and evening. Next door there are two restaurants and an awesome wine store with deli. The pool has lunch and bar service. You can walk or drive over to the hotel for more pools and bars and restaurants. The dryer did not work and the decor was slightly simpler but this was still a great value. We will be returning. You almost have the complex to yourself on weekdays and the beaches are extensive for walking. Definitely recommend.

My stay at Eve's house was amazing. The house is perfect for a quiet family vacation. Located at Buenaventura, the house is beautiful and perfectly equipped. Eve is an amazing host providing clear instructions and always ready to help. Would definitively recommend.

Aldo's apartment is a comfortable penthouse with two terraces; the upper terrace is large and has a pleasant view. The rooms are comfortable as well. The only thing that could be improved is allowing the use of the grill. The complex has a large pool, and the beach is within walking distance, but the place could need some maintenance, as there are visible abandoned areas from what used to be the hotel. There were few people around despite it being high season, which was a plus.

We stayed me , my wife and our two children 3-5 years old at Nikki Philip's for 7 days and loved the place , Philip and his team were always there when we needed their help , a 5-star team! the unit of a beautiful size and bright , huge outdoor terrace. Extremely quiet place perfect for our family , only 2 mins from our room the pool and the 1 min from the beach the perfection , the only small negative is that the accommodation is certainly very in demand so all the kitchen amenities are very worn or damaged and there is no longer a children's park as in the photos but this did not prevent being a perfect place for us . Would I definitely recommend it!

The accommodation is very comfortable to go in groups of 8-9 people. It has several useful amenities for the stay. It's conveniently located within the residence complex. Amenities within the complex are easy to access and very functional. There are small details in the very deep cleaning and with the details of some switches, stove and things related to the use of the facilities that we would have liked to know in advance to improve the experience. Overall very good place to stay and very comfortable highly recommended.
