House vacation rentals in Cocke County

Everything was great! The views, the river, the back porch. Everything else was wonderful and enjoyed the sunrise views with coffee! We hope to be back again one day! Thank you!!

Really liked the location felt like a cozy little home. Gena is a very great host responds in a very reasonable time and very helpful. The cabin was super clean.

The house was spacious and clean. Loved the views!!! Access to kayaks and paddle boards was a plus!!! The infinity pool was beautiful! We rented a boat and parked right at the dock. It was a wonderful weekend!! Can’t wait to go back Only thing to mention is the doors were a little finicky to lock, but they do lock

Had a great time in the campgrounds there! Gena was communicative and responded within minutes. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you like to be near nature, out of city but still reachable and within 20 mins to Gaitlinberg

This family trip was to Celebrate a 60th birthday. The house was very spacious and had plenty of room to move around with 15 family members (including a kids area to play in the basement). The deck area was the place to be at sunrise and sunset as these views were absolutely stunning. The facility provided pool and lake dock amenities that were enjoyed by the family everyday. We would most definitely reserve House 2 again in the future. We made lots of memories and everyone even the little ones had a BLAST. The only thing that I would want to let other rentals know this that the main road to the facility is approximately a 2 mile dirt road; so just be prepared to drive the vehicle of your choice.

We spent thanksgiving here and it was wonderful. This is me and my husbands second time booking this location and I love it because it’s clean and secluded.

The location was perfect for me. It was very comfortable and spotless and clean. I felt right at home with everything I needed. Very well stocked. I loved the coffee bar nook! The hot tub near the mountain stream was just what I needed.

We can’t say enough good things about Heather and Adam’s bungalow. We were so comfortable and content staying here. They are wonderful hosts!! Really wonderful. Whenever we had a question or needed something they helped us out right away. Very responsive….and smiling. 🙂 The home was quiet and peaceful and we loved all of the small wild birds surrounding the area. We got quite a kick watching large families of cardinals and Carolina wrens. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. The kitchen layout was great. We really enjoyed our stay during our remodel and since we’re locals will be telling everyone that this is the place for visiting family to stay.

Kristie was very quick to respond every time we had a question. The home was lovely, furnished beautifully. The kitchen and bath are updated and had everything we needed. It was very roomy for the six of us. The granddaughters loved having the upstairs to themselves. Be sure to try Brock’s Deli next door. The sandwiches were delicious! We would stay in this home again.

Great place to stay. we loved the area and how beautiful the views were. I couldn't recommend the sasquatch den enough!

Worth the money. We felt at home. Rental was easy to find. Centrally located to see many neighboring towns. Everything was clean and ready for use. Miguel was very responsive and helpful. It was the perfect getaway for our family.

We stayed two days at Tove’s cabin. Totally worth it, amazing landscape and cute cabin!

The cabin in Gatlinburg was the perfect escape, with breathtaking mountain views and a cozy, inviting vibe. It was close to downtown and the park, making it an ideal spot for both relaxing and exploring.

We had a wonderful stay to break up our trip from Florida to Michigan. All of the extras were so sweet <3. We will absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone passing through the area.
