Excellent apartment, unbeatable view, comfortable, clean and with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing in Concón. The Dept. is as shown in the photo, has protective mesh on the balcony, which makes it safe if you go with children and is close to beaches, supermarkets, businesses, park, coastal path, dunes, etc. Daniela is very friendly, accurate and handy due to any requirement, although her directions are very clear to hr. to make the reservation. If you need her she responds quickly. We will definitely try to come back in the year.

it was a nice stay. The apartment is well located, without parking but we left the car outside without a problem like everyone, the very nice depa, some basic things were missing like a bathroom dumpster, I never found it, the futon is a little uncomfortable , but for the price and the sector we did not get a problem, on the hot water of the buffer shower it was easy to operate the button and then turn off the,despite everything we loved it, we would always go back, thank you very much for everything , we were delighted.

Rodrigo is an excellent host, very kind, worried, good willingness and responds quickly. The apartment is very comfortable, beautiful view, very spacious kitchen, it has everything you need for a stay. I highlight the terrace because it has hammocks to enjoy the ocean view, you can spend hours looking at the horizon or take a good nap. I would definitely go back, I recommend it!

The apartment and view we're beautiful. we stayed for a month and really enjoyed our time. Natalia was very responsive and courteous at all times. There is a grocery store within walking distance and public transportation plus restaurants and shops. There is parking which we onlh used when family picked us up and dropped us off a couple of days during our stay. Other than that we didn't have a car but didn't need it as the location makes it easy to get to where you need to go. The apartment was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

My experience was excellent! I had instructions from the previous days before arriving. It had all the amenities I said! The block is very quiet and we had a super market very close! We stayed on the day of the blackout in Chile and we had recommendations and support for whatever was necessary. A very good experience, the incredible attention!!! Thank you Fanny for your help! The deparatamento was very comfortable and clean, the bedding was clean and the host was 100 percent concerned with every detail and immediately responded to my inquiries.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, tidy, very equipped, comfortable, it has much more than described, we loved everything, the pool and the garden, the terrace, the kitchen equipment, the beds, etc. The only thing I would indicate is that it has many stairs in the access, by the rest, highly recommended.

Loretto's apartment was lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to the beach, 15 minutes. There's a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and a small park, if you have a kid. I would recommend it and we will stay there again.

Francisco is an excellent host, very attentive, very clear all the information provided for check-in and check-out. The Depto was located very close to the center of Viña del Mar. The building had excellent facilities, well maintained in case one wanted to make use of them. The Depto is the same as the photos, with all the comforts for a great stay, thank you very much.

The host was very good with us and sent me all the necessary information with time. The only thing that is important to mention is that the depto is on a fifth floor and there is no elevator, so maybe it's a little complex for people with reduced mobility. There is everything in the kitchen and laundry, although there is no dryer (it's bad) but my clothes dried up in one day anyway. The place is private and secure.
