Cottage vacation rentals in Cobb County

This is our third year renting the cottage. We have turned it into a yearly tradition. Past two years we have had other family members rent other cottages. This is such a wonderful place to get away.

Jared was very communicative and the place was spectacular!

Another great stay at this property. Everything was clean and well stocked as usual. Location is great for access to restaurants and major highways. Dale is a great host. We will stay here again.

House was extremely clean!! Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable living furniture & amenities. Both queen beds were comfortable but twin & trundle mattresses were very hard. (We were a family of 4 adults). Plenty of linens, pillows & blankets! Would have been helpful to have a/c thermostat instructions. The inside is lit well in the day but on the dim side in a couple of the rooms at night. Backyard was beautiful but not much of anything to sit outside and well worn. The home is situated perfectly for mall shopping, grocers and many good restaurants! You can easily walk safely on sidewalks or the 400path!! Note: If you pay for early check in, remind them to notify the cleaning staff so they’re completed by 1:00.

It’s a charming house in a great area of Brookhaven. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts than Susan and Katherine.

Okay, as for my first Airbnb I’m Impressed and moved by the hospitality. The quality of the home and the host are equally amazing and would stay again!

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.

This wonderful home in Cabbagetown was perfect for our Atlanta concert weekend. The neighborhood is very cozy, comfy and walkable, and Erich was a responsive and welcoming host. The house itself is perfectly sized and well appointed, with everything we needed for the weekend, from two comfy beds and a quaint little kitchen to a clean, functional bathroom. We enjoyed amazing meals at Carroll Street Cafe and Jen Chan’s and highly recommended them both. And of course the Eastern concert venue is an easy 15-minute walk. We certainly will consider staying here again!

Both the condition of the house and location were superb. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again.

The house is very clean. There are a lot of kitchen accessories for cooking. The beds are comfy. The basement has 2 basketball games for the kids. Lots of tvs. The area around the house (outside) is spacious and nice to walk around.

We were in town for a wedding at Primrose Cottage and the location of this airbnb is great for that. We were able to walk to most places and the trails near the cottage were great to explore. The airbnb itself is exactly as listed and has enough room to fit 4 people comfortably.

Loved it! When I come back to visit I will be booking here again! Thank you so much!

Amazing place and host

The cottage exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our weekend stay to visit my daughter . Amy is very responsive and the cottage was easy to find with easy access to the cottage for itself . We will definitely be back !! My grandson enjoyed fishing at the pond as well . Thanks for allowing us to stay !

We loved this place! It is such a beautiful and peaceful location. Everything was perfect! The cottage is great and the property is amazing! My husband loved the fishing and I enjoyed reading on the dock. Hope to be back soon!

Enjoyed everything about this cottage, especially the location - beautiful birds, trees and flowering plants all around. Met Tara and appreciated her answering my questions about her experience, which is totally new to me (first timer).

My husband and I loved our stay at Sharon & Eric’s place! It was cozy, comfortable, and peaceful, in such a beautiful spot. Definitely one of the cleanest Airbnb’s we have stayed at! Also, the hosts were friendly and welcoming, which really makes the experience stand out for me - the snacks provided were great! Little treats we wouldn’t normally get and great for a grab and go option. The location is also perfect - it rained both days during our trip but we could hop in our car and be on Canton so quickly and the rest of the area was close by too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
