This was our second stay at Lavender House because we love it! The location is secluded & peaceful but with an easy straight shot to town. The furnishings are high quality- you will have a luxurious stay. The grounds are lovely with some fantastic outdoor spaces. Your hostess is extremely considerate, and might supply you with drinks, snacks and fresh fruit. Check-in and check-out could not be easier. The keyless entry is super convenient. Cannot say enough about this great property and its kind owner.

This was my first visit to Birmingham, and I was initially a bit apprehensive. However, staying at this place truly made me feel at home. The property felt very safe, the host was excellent, and the space was impeccably clean. It had everything I needed for daily life, with convenient parking options available. Additionally, there are multiple restaurants and a Publix just a few minutes away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Steve was a wonderful host who responded to all of my messages within a timely manner and with a solution in place. The home was very comfortable and was better than expected. The pics didn't do it enough justice. I requested additional accommodations and Steve was very helpful. I would definitely stay in Steve's place again!

We gathered at this beautiful property to honor my late father-in-law on what would’ve been his 80th birthday. It was the perfect location for us all to get together and spend time talking about old memories and making new memories after 8 months without him. So much space! So much to do! The kids kept themselves busy every day between the theater, game room, and outdoor area. TVs everywhere which was perfect for game day! The hosts checked in on us via messaging and were quick to respond when we reached out to them with questions. This was a great home and experience... We will be back!

we LOVE, LOVE,LOVE this beautiful home. My family has stayed here multiple times and have ALWAYS had a great experience. The view is simply beautiful and peaceful. The home is nicely laid out with plenty of space and privacy for each room. There is certainly a 'wow' factor when you walk into the living area. A nice flow. Close to town but feel like you are miles away. Thank you Stewart for all the details placed in your home and for always going the extra mile. We have created great memories staying in your home and hope to create more in the future. Blessed.

We had a wonderful stay! We pick a nearby place for a weekend trip for our anniversary every year and this one was great! We loved to hot tub!
