Alanis's place is just like the photos, I love that it was pet friendly, my dogs did not stop running, the place is totally private and very spacious, this time we were only my husband, my dogs and I but we plan to return with the whole family as it is ideal for group meetings. Special mention for super comfortable and clean beds.

I liked the tranquility and privacy of the area, the people there are very friendly. Mrs. Susy and Mr. Daniel was always attentive throughout the stay. There was a lot of initiative from them to ask if we occupied something, which you can't find in many places. I would definitely book again.

We really liked the fifth one. Marisol would immediately answer my questions. The views and lighting of the spectacular Quinta. The social area is outside (beautiful and comfortable room by the way) and with its large windows that open; it makes the kitchen, feel integrated with it. The house has very good layout. The very nice sized pool. It has everything you need to make our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Our hostess left no bottles of water, coffee, tea, sugar, even earplugs for each.

Excellent stay, as stated in your publications. A very spacious space to enjoy as a family, with adequate privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped, with sufficient users. Spacious and clean recamaras, clean toilets and showers. The truth if I had a higher rating I would give it without a doubt, I can't find it in what I can look like to suggest an improvement. We will be looking to return with more time and better organization by the family

Very good location! The house is very well equipped and well conditioned according to the rooms! It is very comfortable for us two families, of 4 adults, 3 children and a baby in total. As a recommendation, I suggest more security at the front door since it can be opened without a problem already being inside since still with a key, the door on the right (looking inside) closes from above but only the pin is lowered, with a strong air can be opened at night, in our case the idea was for the children to sleep on the couches which are in front of that door. The grill is a bit rundown, it does its function but could be changed. The mattresses upstairs are a little old, we slept well but they could be better. Another recommendation is to change the chair in the upstairs room for a sofa bed, so families can sleep one down and another up if it were. The decor is great, we loved the terrace, it could be lit more on the roofless side.

The place is more spacious than it looks, it is easy to find and access the villa, I loved to hear all the time the sound of the river passing in the back of the place, very relaxing and private, everything was in order and very clean upon entering! It was an excellent option. I would highly recommend it

Firstly thank Humberto and all his team !. When the attention and availability the host puts it as paramount !! You may or may not fail things , but totally make the difference!. We attend a Tournament in the city. And the 5 families we stayed , we are planning to return without a doubt ! ( already without a tournament ). The kids were also super happy, because literal they didn't know how they had been able to go to the beach and the tournament at the same time !! Haha. Something very important that being so close to Monclova , you still feel like you are disconnecting from the world , and I think that helped a lot to connect between us! Unfortunately it was a cold week, and maybe we couldn't get the most out of the stay anymore! But for climate issues. That place has magic and something special !! No doubt they will see my review of another visit again. Thank you again Humberto, many blessings and a lot of success💪🏻!!

What a wonderful apartment! It’s just the right size, located in one of the most beautiful developments in San Pedro. It’s also quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is just the right size and the bedroom is wonderful as well. The bathroom is just the right size and the layout is good with great water pressure. The building amenities are wonderful and very convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as shopping. I would highly highly recommend this place!!
