If I could, I would give more than 5 stars, I recommend this apartment with all confidence, besides it is one of the most beautiful and equipped apartments I stayed in, the host is a 10+ any problem I had(there were few), I turned to it and it was solved immediately, with a very friendly attitude. In short, a 10+ experience, I will definitely come back.

The apartment was comfortable, super clean, and nicely furnished. The host was prompt in communicating and provided clear instructions. We had a little difficulty finding the place in the dark but it was because Google maps gives directions to the street behind the bloc. But once we realized that everything was easy. We had a nice stay and certainly recommend.

From all my stays in Cluj, this has been by far the best one. Not only was the place well located, extremely cleaned and well equipped, the host was amazing. Cristian was quick to reply and friendly! If you’re looking for a place that has public transportation nearby, supermarkets and even a pizza place nearby then this place is perfect. The bed is a 10/10 and whenever I had questions or needed help with the heating and the washing machine, Cristian helped immediately. Well worth the money and when I’m back in Cluj this will be my top choice. The city center is just a few stations away with the bus and if visiting the park is what you want then the tram is also close by.

We had a fantastic experience at this New Year's Eve apartment! 🏡 Everything was exactly as we wanted: impeccable cleanliness, a modern and welcoming decor, and the space was perfect to feel at home. The host was super kind and attentive to details, making sure we had everything we needed I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, either for a quiet holiday or for a special occasion, as was our New Year's Eve. Location was as described. Clean, and we had everything we needed. Really great check in instructions. Communication was smooth as Andrei is very responsive.

We loved our stay at this airbnb! The location is unbeatable - right beside the cathedral and surrounded by fantastic food and drink options. The interior of the place is beautiful, with so much attention to detail. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was OK. It is a spacious, well equipped and well maintained apartment. The host is very easy to communicate with and it was nice to have some small gifts on the table given that we checked in during holidays season.

For my personal needs always will be my first option. They are professionals. I had everything i needed. Always improving and keeping the place fresh. Thank you for warm accomodation!

the host is very friendly and helpful. shop nearby. shopping mall within walking distance. but up and down mountain. I missed clothes hangers. The accumulation will automatically turn off. fast internet, good coverage. but falls sporadically while gaming. missed a toilet paper holder and shower curtain. smart TV with many apps. Blanket a little too small for me, 1.84 m.

All around great and gorgeous location. It is very close to Iulius mall (I think it's a 15 min walk road). The accommodation itself, very nicely arranged, equipped with everything you needed, and I loved the theme of the apartment. I felt like home!😇 Highly recommended this place to stay! Surely if I come again in Cluj, I will come back to the Boat House!😁
