Had a great time very clean and peaceful my host was amazing and very communicative definitely coming back!

My family and I stayed here recently and absolutely loved the place and the location. We had to book it last minute after our other Airbnb cancelled 2 days before the trip. Joyce was very helpful and kind which was a relief after booking it such short notice. It’s right on the beach and the condo was super spacious, clean, and homey. Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Rondine’s place was everything we were looking for this trip. The place was clean and in a pristine location. The one minute walk to the beach, and walkable restaurants, stores, and shops were great! Rondine was very responsive and a great host, would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo in Indian Shores! Traveling with our two young children, we really appreciated how easy it was to get to the beach—just steps away, making it perfect for a stress-free family vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating, especially when our flight plans changed, which made the trip even smoother. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in/ check out was smooth and very detailed instructions were given. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. There’s a Publix about a 7 minute drive from the condo and several excellent restaurants in the area. Greg was always quick to respond and also provided suggestions for local places to eat. We loved our early morning walks on the beach, seeing the dolphins on a few occasions and found the people in the area super friendly! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here. It was an incredible family vacation!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

We had an amazing stay at this beach place. The view is amazing with great sunsets right from the balcony. The fully stocked beach closet is so helpful, especially when going to and from the beach with kids. The space is beautifully decorated and all the bedrooms were even larger than we expected. We will definitely return to this place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat! Max was also very helpful and responsive!

The property was on a gorgeous section of the Gulf Coast and the public portions were vwry welk maintained. The condo was pretty and had every convenience.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Alison’s place. We are very familiar with St Pete and we’re in town to visit family, and can honestly say it is the perfect location. Our only complaint is the strands of hair that we found throughout the rental, but everything else was perfect! We will definitely book another stay! In fact, we’re checking our schedules as we speak as this is the ONLY place we’ve found (hotels included) that offers amazing amenities, great location, and an even better price! Oh, how we miss the days when St Pete was a hidden gem and everything was affordable! If you are interested in booking, don’t hesitate and book now!

We loved our stay at this condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular of the water. The condo was just the right size for us and very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. We had all we needed for our 4 day stay. Hannah was super responsive to messages and gave us recommendations on several eateries which were wonderful. We loved that Doc Ford’s restaurant was right next door and walkable. We loved the pool and hot tub along with plenty of lounge chairs and picnic tables. We appreciated that they supplied beach towels too. The neighbors at the condo were all very friendly as well. The location is on a busy street so you can’t walk elsewhere (except Doc’s) and it’s a little tricky to turn out left (toward the beach). But this traffic did not diminish our stay-just informing here. It’s a short drive to Johns Pass-our favorite beach spot. Overall, a great stay and we would be very happy to return here.

Such a beautiful condo! We loved watching the dolphins right off the balcony! We paid for a dolphin tour and our kids said watching at the condo was better! The condo is beautiful and the owners are very responsive! Would stay again!

The place was great- very clean, exactly like the pictures, within walking distance of many restaurants and ice cream shops.

Our stay was great! This was our 3rd stay in the building but 1st time in this unit. It was clean & had everything we needed. We knew ahead of time the pool & hot tub were not working (post hurricane) so we enjoyed the beach - the unit has beach chairs which was so helpful. Sean was a fantastic host. Responded very quickly & was so helpful. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Great place! Loved being right on the beach! The pool area is great, hopefully they get replacement lounge and patio chairs on the pool deck soon. Alex provided 5 beach chairs and beach towels which was great! Condo has a well stocked kitchen. 2 box fans were great in each bedroom to block out any noise. Balcony furniture is nice and we enjoyed relaxing and reading on it. Located right across the street from John’s Pass shopping and restaurants and watching dolphins right from the boardwalk! Alex responded within minutes to a few questions we had and was very helpful! Thanks for a great place to stay and relax!

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—comfortable bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and even thoughtful touches like local snacks and a guidebook with great recommendations. Communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate—it’s truly a gem!

We had a great vacation! We appreciate the flexibility of our check in which was simple. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach and walking distance to so much h but highly recommend John’s Pass that has plenty of bars, stores, restaurants and amenities. We went water skiing and had a great time. Condo was clean and filled with all the amenities for coffee, beach and bathroom! Highly recommend.

The condo was just as expected. Beautiful, clean and in the perfect location! Beautiful view of the ocean and right across the street from all the action at Johns pass. Our family felt right at home and there was everything you needed and more for the stay. The host was very tentative and communicated well with us. Definitely will be booking again!
