Large, two-bedroom downstairs apartment with private entrance in a historic, two-family home. Short walk to the Pageant, Delmar Hall, and other Loop attractions. Near Washington University, within a block of the Metrolink train, and just a short trip to Forest Park and its many free attractions. Despite its proximity to lively nightlife, the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and leafy. Expect to meet the owners' family when you stay here. We live close by and are usually available to help.

Welcome to our home! It is a cozy brick bungalow from 1929. It is a quiet neighborhood. Partially fenced backyard. We're located close to historic Route 66, coffee shops, shops, restaurants. 15 minute drive from Gateway Arch National Park, Busch Stadium, Forest Park, Enterprise Center, Washington University, St. Louis University, Zoo, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside. Any smoke odor will result in a $150 fine. Noise monitoring device on property.
