The house is simply wonderful. You quickly feel at home and can simply relax quickly with the quiet location. Gabriella and her husband Mauro are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to next time.

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

We were looking for weekend relaxation, we couldn't find better. Accommodation surrounded by the greenery of the immediate hinterland of Ancona, whose center can be reached in ten minutes. Roberto and Mattia welcomed us "from old friends", taking us to the accommodation (of which we were immediately impressed with the extreme order and cleanliness) and providing us with valuable directions regarding restaurants, routes to do, and sites to visit in Ancona. An observation (which is also a note of merit) already expressed in voice to Roberto and that can be useful to everyone: the photos do not give full credit to the beauty of the place and that of the apartment, a beauty much more appreciated in real life. In short, to conclude, an extremely satisfactory experience, from which I cannot find any negative aspects. Sincere congratulations on the seriousness and friendliness of the hosts... it's not for everyone.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

Federico is a really friendly and helpful host. The house is new and well furnished, with comfortable beds and a relaxing armchair. We had a great time, we will definitelyrepeat the experience ☺️

Brand new and super equipped apartment, all the amenities for 4 people despite the size; Samuele was an exceptional host, he also provided us with umbrellas and lounge chairs in a beautiful beach, and was always available. I highly recommend both the apartment and Civitanova Marche.

The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to checkout, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing that the parking space is not inside the courtyard but is available (it is located if you are looking well at the right times) in Via Pola. This discrepancy cmq was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO possibility, on how the Airbnb site is set, to enter the existing parking option if not by choosing the internal option. Cmq fabulous location because you are in the center, attached to the station, attached to both the waterfront (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the many clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: Breakfast on the balcony facing east.

We had the MOST amazing stay in Ancona thanks to Maria & Michele, we had to be there for visiting the hospital in Ancona, both of them were a pair of the most amazing human beings we've ever met!! I will FOREVER be thankful with them for the peace they brought to us!! ❤️✨☺️

Wonderful accommodation: impeccable cleanliness, ample availability of dishes and accessories, air conditioning in all rooms and large and well-maintained garden. Possibility to access the beaches directly on foot in about 15 minutes, both equipped and free beaches. Inside the listing area there is a bar, a children's pool, one for adults, and a tennis/soccer court. We had a great time and will return if possible in the future.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

I booked for a business trip, when I arrived it was much better than the description says, completely modern apartment and many amenities included, really very nice and located just a stone's throw from the sea, it with my eyes closed, if I ever have to go back to Martinsicuro I will undoubtedly look there Lancette House!!!
