House vacation rentals in Civitanova Alta

We stayed in Massimo's house for a few days in February (winter). Despite the weather being a challenge, the surroundings were beautiful. The fields are fresh green and the first blossom appears. The house is traditionally furnished, as Massimo's parents left it (see pictures of the interior) including wedding photos. You feel like you're borrowing the house from close friends. The location is perfect. Beautiful view of Corinaldo, within a 45-minute drive you are either on the beach or in the mountains. In between the rolling Marche landscape. Everything was clean and Massimo had already prepared so much that it almost made us shy of it. His enthusiasm and kindness are wonderful. He thinks with you, explains a lot and takes the time for you. And during the stay, he keeps friendly contact via W-App. In short, an unforgettable experience! Wifi is fine, supermarket/gas station within 5 minutes. No bother from neighbors. Located on a quiet road.

Beautiful house. Lots of places to sit back and relax. Picturesque views of multiple hilltop towns. Everything you need and more in the kitchen. Helpful, very friendly and responsive host that made great recommendations. Would highly recommend and we will be returning!!

The house is very nice, the view is amazing, a very pleasant place to relax and from where you can visit the surroundings. Silvia was always very kind and available to give directions and to adapt to our needs.

The first thing I would like to emphasize is that Giorgio is the ideal host: I would like all hosts to be like him, accurate, kind, available at all times. The villa she made available to us was as if no one had ever set foot on us; nice construction, well furnished in every detail, equipped with every possible accessory, including an air fryer!! State-of-the-art air conditioning system and a nice very clean pool and kept almost maniacally. We had not had any problems on dates, I would have requested availability for the entire month. My family, including the 3-year-old grandchild, was also very satisfied with the vacation. We all want to thank Giorgio for having us spend a holiday in August with absolute satisfaction.

Fab host and fab place.

Rossana's home is exactly as pictured, maybe even nicer. We stayed in 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to spend the days pleasantly all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms allowed us to have the right privacy when necessary. The house is brand new, modern in construction and decor, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also equipped with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us tips and recommendations about the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

I stayed in Elio's house from September 14 to 23 and it was a wonderful stay. The photos don't make enough, because the house is even nicer. The rooms are spacious, very bright, everything is new and well furnished, and with every comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, table and iron, hair dryer. In addition, both on one side and the other, the house enjoys a wonderful view of the Marche hills, characterized by a delightful silence, which for those looking for a little peace from the daily hustle and bustle is a real treat. Montelupone is a nice village, and nearby you can visit a lot of interesting places, and renowned destinations, as well as reaching the most important sea areas not far away. Elio, to whom I send a hug, is an exquisite person, as well as an impeccable host, always available for every need. I recommend this house at 100 x 100, you won't regret it...

We felt at home. In the beautiful centre of Lapedona, you can live like an Italian. Sea view and view of the Marche. The house has everything you need. Beautiful details. Everything is good.

I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

Alessandro welcomed us into his home warmly and amicably explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving us full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the air-conditioned rooms, in summer it's definitely a positive note. The large manicured and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners in company, and for those who also had dogs, well I let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). Thank you again Alessandro and his whole family!

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. We found the house cozy and well cared for. We hope to come back in the future, maybe taking even more time to appreciate these really beautiful places.

There were a few technical issues with the a/c and wireless network when we arrived at the property but after a simple phone call, these were sorted out by the following day without any hassle. The property and location are fantastic and four generations of our family from Leeds, London, Madrid and Budapest gathered there for two weeks and we made some unforgettable memories. There is enough room to accommodate this number of people without getting under each other's feet but the highlight for me has to be the size of the swimming pool. If you are looking for somewhere that is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery then I would definitely recommend this place. SteveC

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse We spent a night in this farmhouse with my friends and I can say that it was a very special experience. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfectly cared for in every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a break from the daily routine. Upon our arrival, we were greeted impeccably: the fireplace was already on, which made the entrance even warmer and more welcoming. We immediately felt a feeling of "home" and the courtesy of the owners helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Every room of the farmhouse, from the rooms to the living area, is perfect to spend moments of conviviality and relaxation. The location is ideal for those who love tranquility, but also for those looking for a starting point to explore the surroundings. We'll definitely be back soon to relive this magic. A house completely surrounded by greenery, totally available and with a pool included, which has made our stay really special. Privacy is total. Lovely veranda dinners. Excellent communication with the owner, who takes care of the daily maintenance of the pool in a very discreet way. The beaches of Tortoreto, great for children, are about an 8-minute drive on an easily accessible road. Highly recommended.

Lucio's house was perfect for our vacation between the sea and walks in the hills and in the woods, the outdoor space is great for us and especially for our 5 dogs, which Lucio was so nice to host with us. The house is beautiful and well-kept,the garden is an oasis of peace from which to admire the sunset. Lucio was also very kind and prompt in resolving small inconveniences due to the rain and cold of the first days. Great vacation

This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.

The house respected the description We had a great time and Mrs. Patrizia was super kind and helpful. We stayed with 3 children who also found themselves very at home because there were several games from the youngest to the largest ones!!! We definitely recommend this place

Beautiful villa in the countryside surrounded by nature. We stayed with 8 friends and a dog and had a really good time. Wide spaces and a really very equipped house, from kitchen utensils, to tools for the bbq... it is even equipped with some medical products for emergencies! You can really have fun in many ways, there are the trampoline, the soccer, the tennis court and many unusual but super fun board games, especially for large groups of friends! Perfect rooms and bathrooms equipped with everything... really nothing is missing! Unfortunately for the period we could not take advantage of the pool and bathtub outside but we still enjoyed a few hours of sunshine outside, where even our four-legged friend was able to run free in the lawn. Finally, the owners were really welcoming and available in everything... in short, definitely a stay that we feel recommended!!
