We went with the family to Mty and Monica's apartment was perfect. It is very well located as there are many restaurants and shops in the area. The building where the apartment is has many amenities. We would definitely stay here if we return for a trip to Monterrey. Thanks Monica for having us!

Great location, fences from several places to eat or tour. Ideal place for a couple. It has a kitchen and refrigerator. Yes, I would come back on my next visit.

I only stay one night but I was left wanting to have done it more, the place is amazing, the view or say, we didn't use all the amenities (pool, etc) because we felt so comfortable at the place. Estela is always attentive, kind, friendly and clarifies all your doubts easy and practical. The execelente location and its surroundings. Zero-point staff also very kind and helpful. Worth every penny paid, thank you very much!

Jorge os a Greta host and the apartment is as described, perfect for my needs. Highly recommend. It is the perfect spot for a stay in a working trip to the most important industrial area in Monterrey, it really takes you away from it all allowing you to relax.

I booked Estancia San Jose for my husband and son, who were spending a week rock climbing at El Portrero Chico. They enjoyed everything about the accommodation. The host, Alberto Jr., who was filling in for his father, was very nice, and provided them with lots of helpful information. The house always had plenty of hot water, the wi-fi always worked, having the A/C was much appreciated, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is close to the EPC entrance, and within walking distance to some good restaurants. If you are coming to climb at EPC, Alberto's house is a perfect choice! Highly recommend! Will stay here again when we return!
