Vacation rentals with breakfast in City of Wodonga

Thank you (and Daphne and Violet) for hosting us at Planetrees. What a lush oasis you have. We planned our annual family weekend away around staying in this gorgeous property. We thoroughly enjoyed roaming the stunning gardens, sitting outdoors and cosying up in front of the fire at night. We loved visits from the Dachshunds, and all the space to wander. The linens and towels felt luxurious, as did the beautiful soaps and washes in the bathrooms. Genevieve was a responsive and friendly host. Unfortunately our son fell ill and we had to leave the rest of our family at Planetrees after one night, but we hope to come back soon! Thank you 💛

Berrimbillah Cottage was perfect for our 3 day getaway with our dog. Jo and Howie certainly know how to spoil their guests. The cottage was spotless, spacious, very comfortable, very well stocked with essentials and some lovely little treats. Set in a rural and very quiet location the property is only a 5 minute drive to the historic town of Beechworth. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the surrounding countryside and wineries and look forward to coming back sometime in the future. We would highly recommend this beautiful property.

We had the perfect weekend. The weather certainly helped but it was perfected by our stay at Mt Ophir Gatehouse. A wonderful, homely property close to Rutherglen in a peaceful location. The only sounds were the myriad of small birds and the local cows. Communication was excellent with the host Amy. We had some homemade granola and some basic supplies on arrival. The property was spacious, stylish and suited our group of 3 couples with well proportioned bedrooms, two with ensuites. Would love to come back with some girlfriends!

We had such an awesome stay at Pomegranate House. The house was beautifully presented, well equipped, spacious and stylish. Whilst also very conveniently located. The backyard was also nice for the warm summer nights. Thank You Gabrielle for the goodies you left for us, so thoughtful and much appreciated. This wonderful home ticked all the boxes for us, overall we had a relaxing and peaceful long weekend. Loved it. 😊 We will definitely be back soon.

The unit was bigger than we expected! Great amenities and felt right at home. Smoke space for our old man Great Dane and everything we needed for the two nights we stayed.

Muskaan was kind and helpful and was responsive to address issues we face with respect to hot water.. great place to stop over on our way to Melbourne.. close to a fuel station and restaurant.

I work away quite often and when staying more than a week somewhere it's handy to be able to cook and do washing. Ronelle's place had everything needed. Comfort, lots of little extras, like bread in the freezer and butter, coffee, fresh milk, what you need to survive that initial checkin. Toiletries and bathroom items available if you forget that item. Lovely little private courtyard, perfect for sitting quietly or drying your clothes. Everything was as per advertised. Always quick responses to questions for the non locals too.

Donna was timely with communication. Donna had everything prepared for our stay, fan on, muffins and condiments, eggs from her chooks. She had thought of everything, for dogs, babies and adults. Highly recommend a neat tidy home for a good price. We love Chiltern, Yackandanda and Beechworth.

A great piece of history (with modern conveniences) in a pretty, very peaceful historical town. Mervyn And Tracey provide an opportunity to experience time in a living museum...a very clean, comfortable and stunning museum! Everything has been thought of, all the extras provided go above and beyond. The home and surrounds provide the most peaceful experience. Bushland, breweries and wineries surround the area. The weather was fantastic during our stay making getting out to visit the aforementioned attractions a great experience, topped of with a cooling swim in the pools at Woolshed Falls. A great part of the country if you are looking for a very peaceful, comfortable and relaxing experience in a beautiful rural setting.

Margaret’s place was lovely, very peaceful with an expansive view and lots of bird life. Very comfy bed too! Margaret was friendly and seemed keen for us to have a good experience. Would recommend to others

Staying at Amberesque is more than just finding a place to sleep; it's an experience in its own right. Amber curates a bespoke stay, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel truly valued while making their time in Rutherglen unique and memorable. From the thoughtful welcome cheese platter and beverage on arrival to tailored breakfasts and personalised recommendations for local gems, every detail is designed with care. I especially loved the winery suggestions and bike ride on the towns purpose built bike trails through the surroundings & vineyards. The small touches, like bath suds from local suppliers, and the history of the accom being the old bank just add to the charm. I thoroughly enjoyed immersing myself in the ambiance, listening to vinyl records, and savoring a glass of red in the evenings—it was pure bliss. I can't recommend Rutherglen enough as a weekend getaway destination, with Amberesque as the perfect base to make your getaway that little bit more special.

Great homestay with 1800 feel. Got to enjoy looking at the stars at night and watching the horses in the morning. All essentials provided. Lovely stay close to Beechworth and Albury

Teresa and Peter have created a beautiful home away from home with lots of thoughtful touches and an absolutely gorgeous garden. They are very friendly and engaging hosts who were very helpful with local recommendations. We had a fantastic stay at their beautiful home and I’d rate it as the best airbnb stay we’ve ever booked.
