Beautifuly furnished house ,perfect for a weekend with friends. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was well maintained & just what we needed to relax. Jo was a friedly & very helpful host ,I would recomend anyone to come & stay at this beautiful peaceful location . Thank you for a lovley weekend at you tranquil home .

Loved staying here, great for kids and my two daughters particularly loved the animals, especially the cats! Emma was a great host and I would recommend ordering the hamper - was amazing. The cottage was clean and cosy and the views out of the window were incredible

Amazing Stay at the Apartment with Jacuzzi! I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment with a Jacuzzi. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and spacious design. The highlight, of course, was the luxurious Jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was impeccably clean, and the water temperature was just right, creating a relaxing oasis. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was ideal, close to everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a relaxing, rejuvenating experience!

We had a wonderful long weekend with the extended family. The hosts were so friendly and responsive with a welcome bundle that was a lovely addition. The place was so well equipped and a simply stunning lounge area. The local area had plenty to do and we enjoyed the sculpture park and Cannon Hall. We will certainly be back when next in Yorkshire. The cottage and surrounding area looked lovely, set in a very peaceful and well presented area. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than planned but the hosts were very helpful and professional. The key is in the door for arrival and the cottage was nice and warm. Inside it was immaculate througout. We would certainly recommend this cottage to others.

We had a lovely weekend at Swallows Nest, the property is really spacious and set on 3 levels. My eldest son joined us from Manchester and we were able to watch the moon raking festival which was really pretty and great fun. Thanks for a lovely time, would really recommend

What a little gem! This cottage is extremely reasonable for what you get. It’s spacious and comfortable. Not far from the city centre with easy bus links into the city but with all the charm and peacefulness of a country farm. Nicola was a great host. She was quick to answer questions and she was very flexible. Thank you Nicola. I’d highly recommend this cottage and I will definitely return!

the place itself is wonderful there's no doubt about it we really enjoyed it and Christina and jonny they're wonderful couple, cooperative, friendly and I would recommend this place.

We all throughly enjoyed our Christmas in the cottage. Extremely comfortable stay. Great location in the heart of Menston village and also walking distance to country walks. Thank you Bex and Rob for being very responsive hosts and for your recommendations.

Perfect location to switch off with great views and plenty of privacy whilst being brilliantly situated to explore the local towns and walks. Really friendly and flexible host. I'll will certainly stay again when back in the area.

We visited to celebrate a big birthday and the house more than accommodated the 10 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a whole cupboard of board games. The hosts were welcoming and the house was stunning.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage. The house is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfy and the parking outside was easy. The location is perfect for the conference centre, the town centre and the train station, all within a few minutes walking distance. I am looking forward to coming back soon!

Simon is a great host. Usually responds within 5-10 minutes with messaging. He is very knowledgeable and Friendly. The surrounding areas are farmland and hills with sheep, horses, and cattle. It is all very beautiful, including a very close-by footpath that overlooks a good bit of it. The area is very quiet also. Walking into town has some really nice views along the way and is approximately 20 minutes. The nearby town is holmfirth which has cafes all over, restaurants, bakeries, and large and small food shops. The drive in is very short and finding parking is only a challenge at busier times of day. Loved it. The flat has everything you’d need in it. It has a big comfortable bed. The views from the flat are exceptional and it is so restfully quiet inside. There was rarely much noise at all from outside unless a bird was perched really close by. There is no microwave in the kitchen but Simon let me borrow his because as i need one to live. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic couple of days in Hebden over new year. Property is 10 minutes walk from the town and the canal. Loads to do in town, some fantastic pubs ! Loved the duke box in the house !

Had a great stay at Patrick's place, the location was ideal to head into Leeds City Centre. Check in was simple and Patrick was communicative throughout.

We stayed in Holmfirth for five nights in November to take part in a sculpture course in Holmbridge. The house was beautifully warm which was much appreciated in the chilly weather. Having not visited the area before, we were stunned by the Peak District and would love to return in the Spring/Summer so that we could also enjoy Sue’s pretty garden. The kitchen is well equipped if catering at home but there are also many good restaurants down the hill. Highly recommend

We’re just back from our stay here and it was a great base for us visiting family nearby. My elderly mam was with me and we really benefited from everything on one floor for my mam and her mobility. We’ll definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at Pear Tree Barn. The barn is really warm and cosy. Everything was really nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need and we felt very at home here. Cath was very friendly and helpful and was very kind in allowing us to stay a few extra hours as it snowed heavily on our last day. We definitely would recommend staying here and would love to come back here on our next visit…

Lovely place, easy access, beautiful views. Alll amenities as mentioned and a wonderful selection of breakfast bits along with some milk for the morning. Only minor gripe was with the TV playing up, which we deducted needed a new remote, but we had games with us so it was no drama. Oh, there were games in the cupboard also.
