A great place to stay. Quiet and private. Really great wifi which was great for working. Spacious, clean. Great kitchen with everything needed for cooking.

Very clean, bedding and towels smelled great. Hot tub was very relaxing, nice farmland surroundings and would recommend shoes/boots that can withstand the mud!

We stayed here for a two night break with no husbands or children and the surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing. The house felt very luxurious and Joanna was a brilliant at giving additional information. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Would definitely like to stay again!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

Owls hoot was the perfect countryside getaway for me and my girlfriend in the peaceful village of Stoke Ash. The modern barn had everything we could need for few cosy days away from working life (we didn’t want to leave). Theres a fully kitted out kitchen, smart tv, log burner, sauna and hot tub. Although we didn’t use the sauna much I can definitely endorse the hot tub which is perfect for a drink in the winter evenings and is under cover so was still enjoyed despite the rain! There is a 10pm curfew on use of the hot tub, but there are neighbours very close by so more than understandable. Pubs are also not too far of a walk, so worth a visit! Didn’t have much need to speak with the host John but that was partly because of how detailed he was before our visit over message. A really nice stay overall, my only note for the owner is to perhaps update their photos, there was a couple of things that had changed since such as the L sofa but this is no big deal! Besides that 5 stars.

Very comfortable, cosy, peaceful lodge set in nice countryside. Nice playground for the kids to play in and lovely grounds to walk around. Hot tub was a hit with the whole family.

My husband, daughter and granddaughter really enjoyed a cosy stay in this lovely barn. Beautiful views and lovely walks. Everything we needed. We loved the log fire!

We had a great time here and would recommend to friends and family, location was quiet and peaceful local pub about 7 mins drive and we had dinner there was lovely.. poachers pocket We would definitely go back here as the cabin was super cute and great for the dog

Beautiful village and quirky and cosy place to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was cold outside but we were lovely and cosy.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Letheringham Mill. Jacqui was a great host, and both provided considerate instructions and recommendations before we arrived, and has thoughtfully stocked the cottage with everything you might need (including a lovely welcome pack!). It was a truly dog friendly stay - our dog would happily have stayed forever (as would my son and I!).

We loved this cottage. It was very cosy and as a history lover, very fascinating. Beautiful inglenook fireplace with a log burner. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. Easy reach to lots of Suffolk attractions but the cottage was peaceful and secluded. Comfy beds, kitchen fitted with everything we needed to cook there. This cottage wouldn’t be suitable if you have mobility issues due to low doorways in places, sloping floors and narrow staircase but it was perfect for us and we knew in advance what to expect. We had a great stay and it even snowed one evening which was very picture perfect. Thank you, we loved it!!

This was the first time we had used AirBnB and was exceedingly impressed. The cottage was like a first class hotel with a luxurious bed and bath in bedroom with a walk in shower room downstairs. There was an abundance of freshly laundered towels and robes as well as quality soaps and creams available. The kitchen had quality fittings and crockery and cookware. A bottle of sparkling wine and biscuits greeted us. The garden was small but secluded and cleanly kept with lovely seating. Our dog was very happy with it. The local area was lovely and local people were so friendly. There was a walk about 1 minute away along the top of the gardens which led to the town which was 10 minutes away where there was a range of independent and chain shops. There were wonderful views of the sea and pier. Easy walks along the esplanade to Leigh on Sea one way which was a wonderful little town and Shoeberryness the other way. Buses and trains linked all the seaside towns very well and were easy to access.

We had a short stay in Woodbridge at this property and it was ideal for us. The cottage was perfect for our needs and very cosy and warm. Good location , private and lovely gardens. The host was very responsive , and upon our arrival, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

Accommodation: The caravan itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area was cosy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Bonus did not need to take bed linen as the beds were made up Facilities: The park’s facilities were top-notch. The communal areas were clean and well-maintained, and the on-site shop had everything we needed. The kids loved the playground and the swimming pool, which were both safe and fun.

Jenny, I hope you like my review, we enjoyed our short holiday in your caravan. I think you will need to fix some of the furniture, like the wardrobe door in the double room. Otherwise everything was fine, thanks. Peter

We had a lovely stay. The caravan was perfect and the beds super comfortable. The view was beautiful,the pictures dont do it justice. We were lucky with the weaher,it was lovely sitting on the decking in the beautiful Autum sunshine. Just wish we stayed longer. Thank you.

Wendy was so kind waiting for us on our approach,,welcoming , helpful and very informative, the annex was cosy, comfy, homely and just what we both needed, plus she popped over some fresh milk as I’d forgetten to being some , we will return thank you so much

A fantastic lodge which had everything we needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean. Michelle was lovely and met us on arrival to explain everything. Would highly recommend.

A comfortable barn to stay in with the added benefit of both a pool and tennis court to enjoy during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Polly’s cottage, the kids loved the garden swing and we enjoyed the cozy fireplace and peaceful surroundings - we’d love to come back in the summer time!
