Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in City of Adelaide

This apartment is in a fabulous location on the 11th floor. The location is really central and walkable to Rundle Mall, restaurants and bars. The balcony is spacious and has great views looking north and to the hills. The apartment itself has everything you need, from the coffee machine, bathroom amenities and washer/dryer. Communication with the host was really friendly, proactive, responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others.

An absolute wonderful apartment. We loved our stay in the pristine, functional apartment with everything we needed. Enough toiletries, washing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets/liquid to last our stay and more. Great extras like paper towel, tissues, oil , salt, pepper, glad wrap, foil. Made it so easy that we didn't have to go and buy all of these things. Located so centrally, just an arcade away from Rundle Mall, but still felt away from the hustle and bustle. Would recommend anyone to stay here. David was very attentive and quick to answer any messages. Would love to stay again.

A very comfortable, and quiet, well equipped unit in the heart of the city. Great support from Zheng when needed, including her compassionate response when cyclone Alfred disrupted my travel plans.

Extraordinary location right in the CBD, walkable to loads of restaurants, the museums, botanical gardens and the Oval. Two full baths made this stand out when we reserved it. We were delighted to find the rare living area that was actually comfortanle and roomy for our group of two couples. We would be delighted to stay here again!

Perfect little “home away from home” a short walk through the parklands to the CBD. Really spacious, with some nice modern touches and some comfortable furniture. A bit dusty if you look for it. but overall the place was clean and tidy. Kitchen was simple and well appointed, had all the little basics we needed for meals at home. Foodland conveniently located just a short trip down the road. Despite windows, the place does get a bit warm. The AC in the lounge is a must for summer. Really enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation and the location were both brilliant. The house was spotless and charming. Best location. Cafes, restaurants, gardens, beautiful parklands and Adelaide market easy to walk to. l felt really comfortable and at home in Bella's house.

Jo’s place is spacious & well presented. Location is second to none and still very quiet at night. Backyard is HUGE & well maintained! Will stay again if visiting Adelaide.

Nice little cottage in a Great location

Modern, well styled and spacious townhouse. The location is great and despite being in the city, it’s very quiet and we felt very safe . Hosts were helpful and available if needed . Thank you

The house was great for our family. We were able to walk into the city and back to explore, and enough room in the place for everyone to comfortably relax. There was plenty to accomodate our needs with 2 infants.

What a beautiful old bluestone house located in a lovely, quiet, southeastern corner of the city. It has plenty of room, all the amenities you need for your stay and very comfortable beds. It is close to great restaurants, cafes, pubs and a supermarket. We were in Adelaide for the fringe festival and Writer's week and it was a 15-20 minute walk or a very easy commute by Ubers. There's also lots of e-scooters if you use them. The house was a beautiful sanctuary after busy, loud days at the Fringe. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Rosie’s house.

The apartment was perfectly located for everything to do in Adelaide. Deb’s attention to detail was immaculate, you could not fault anything. She was also very helpful with restaurant and shopping suggestions and also with details about fringe events. I can wholeheartedly recommend this property.

What a great property, the moment we arrived and this modern apartment with historic facade we knew we were in for a treat. Well laid out, spotless modern apartment that had everything you could need. In street parking, small suburban shops, great cafe a few doors down and a short uber to city or beach. Host was so helpful answering questions, even when I asked a few obvious ones. What a delightful experience it this unique 3 room apartment - thanks for hosting me!

Clean, comfortable and quiet at night. The property had all we needed and also had a nice outside barbeque area on the next level. We fully enjoyed our stay.

Well structured apartment with bedrooms separated. Living area is excellent and kitchen very functional. Location is good with first class pub 50m away, their food is sensational. About 1.5km from the centre of Adelaide, an easy walk but 30mins, or do what we did and use the e-scooters. All up good location and convenient.

Loved Linda’s Air BNB. Great location in North Adelaide an easy, short bus ride from the city. Lots of lovely touches such as tea / coffee and essentials you may need for your trip. It was spotlessly clean and rooms well laid out with lots of charging ports ( helpful for us). We particularly enjoyed the location ( close to large park and university) and the cafes on Melbourne street. Linda was welcoming and very proactive & responsive by message . Thank you so much 😊

Apartment was very close to CBD. Perfect location for the price. All kitchen appliances were great. Wifi didn’t seem secure was only downside. Other than that would highly recommend
