Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in City of Adelaide

I was very happy with the location, facilities and provisions in the apartment. I stayed alone but had 1 friend join for 1 night so having a second bedroom was great. Very quiet and within walking distance of so many great restaurants and also the city.

Great stay in David’s apartment. Awesome views from the lounge and bedrooms. Couple of minutes walk from Rundle mall and restaurants around Rundle and Frome Street. Also super close to Europecar pick up / office, which might be worth bearing in mine if planning to hire a car.

The accommodation was in a great location with easy walking distance or free public transport to destinations within the CBD. Green spaces right across the road were great for the kids to run around. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a carpark was everything we needed. The accommodation was also child-friendly with a lack of breakables but plenty of cushions to build a fort in the lounge room. While quite a large accommodation complex, we didn’t hear the neighbours but they might have heard our kids. Andrew was very helpful with local eatery recommendations, offers of early access and late check-out, and thoughtful welcome treats. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay in the apartment. Perfect for two families with toddlers. The swimming pool was brilliant and handy having the gym downstairs. Brilliant location with excellent cafes and an amazing food market right on the doorstep Beikun was a very responsive and helpful host. We'd stay here again if ever in Adelaide.

Great location very central and easy to get to city locations. Close to tram stadium and great restaurants. Apartment was very clean and well equipped but also homely. Would stay again

Great place to stay, nice big apartment with big bedrooms, bathrooms were a little small. Very centrally located, which has the downside of being on a main road so you get some traffic noise, it really wasn't a problem though. Huge TV + a TV in the main bedroom. The AC's did make some noise, like the fans were squeaking as they spun, if this kind of thing bothers you it might be a problem. The shower could also use more water pressure, this wasn't to much of a problem either though. If you're looking for a good place to stay in the center of Adelaide I fully recommend it

Brandon is a great host - very quick with responding messages whenever I have a question. The place is perfect if you’d wanna to be in the city yet your own place while being budget friendly. Very comfy bed/China town being steps away. Perfect for single/couples who just need a cozy place to rest after a long day of exploring. Also close to loads of public transit. Would def recommend.

Great ventilation great lighting and great styling of furniture and decor. Peaceful place for friends to gather along with the perfect location, just close enough to the city. Megan was responsive and very helpful, 10/10 experience overall!

Jo’s place is spacious & well presented. Location is second to none and still very quiet at night. Backyard is HUGE & well maintained! Will stay again if visiting Adelaide.

An air-conditioned oasis in the town center. Very comfortable for my wife and I, and would have easily accommodated another couple. John was flexible about our early arrival time, which was very helpful for us. Clean, a modern kitchen and laundry, on a quiet street. The neighborhood is very interesting: A central location, very close to both the shops of Chinatown and the Central Market. Great place to stay!

Had a great stay, very homely and not like being in a Hotel… super courtyard and perfect for what we wanted..

Great location to access the city and yet stay on the fringe. Very easy to jump on scooters to go places. House was great, excellent air conditioning and very comfortable beds

The house was great for our family. We were able to walk into the city and back to explore, and enough room in the place for everyone to comfortably relax. There was plenty to accomodate our needs with 2 infants.

What a beautiful old bluestone house located in a lovely, quiet, southeastern corner of the city. It has plenty of room, all the amenities you need for your stay and very comfortable beds. It is close to great restaurants, cafes, pubs and a supermarket. We were in Adelaide for the fringe festival and Writer's week and it was a 15-20 minute walk or a very easy commute by Ubers. There's also lots of e-scooters if you use them. The house was a beautiful sanctuary after busy, loud days at the Fringe. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Rosie’s house.

Really lovely town house with everything you could need. Close to shops and restaurants and beautiful tree lined streets. Construction site nearby was a bit noisy during the day but didn’t really bother us.

I had an excellent experience at Deb's place. She was one of the most generous, considerate and nurturing hosts I've ever experienced. After coming in late from a long flight, I found bedroom lights left on for me, as well as an enormous loaf of warm seed bread, gorgeous wine and strawberries, and other thoughtful snacks. It seemed there was nothing Deb had not considered. The apartment itself was spotless, with everything in its place. I appreciated all the care and effort, and hope I can return one day.

Great location, so close to the Rundle street mall. So many great options for food and dining out. Pubs only a 5 min walk away. Unit was very clean and tidy, with a great balcony. Great communication from manager, and someone was there to greet us on arrival. The only negative is that there is no parking for your vehicle, nearby parking stations are quite expensive to use. other than that, 5 stars.

Great place to stay, very convenient for town, plenty of local shops , supermarkets and restaurants. Place was very well presented and with 3 bedrooms perfect for our needs .

This was the second time that we have stayed at M & Ms. They are wonderful hosts, the location is excellent for walking around or catching buses and being an apartment, there is a lot of space to spread out. We highly recommend the apartment and the excellent hosts.

LOCATION ++ If you want to be within a stone's throw from the main shopping and eating area, this is the place to be. Balcony overlooks the lovely garden on Hindmarsh Sq. Walking distance to North Terrace to visit the musuem, art gallery, botanic gardens + free tram to Victoria Sq to the Central Market. A bonus... the Adelaide Fringe was on (March) and we enjoyed walking the buzzing Rundle Street to the Garden of Unearthly Delights with music, buskers and food all along the strip.

We had a fantastic get away and enjoyed the festivities of the fringe which, like so many other things, was within walking distance. The room was beautiful with an amazing view that was particularly stunning at night! Thank you to Justin as he was super easy and available to communicate with and made us feel right at home.

Loved Linda’s Air BNB. Great location in North Adelaide an easy, short bus ride from the city. Lots of lovely touches such as tea / coffee and essentials you may need for your trip. It was spotlessly clean and rooms well laid out with lots of charging ports ( helpful for us). We particularly enjoyed the location ( close to large park and university) and the cafes on Melbourne street. Linda was welcoming and very proactive & responsive by message . Thank you so much 😊

Apartment was very close to CBD. Perfect location for the price. All kitchen appliances were great. Wifi didn’t seem secure was only downside. Other than that would highly recommend
