Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

This stylish apartment in Florence boasts a nice modern decor and is conveniently located just steps away from the iconic Duomo. It offers spacious rooms filled with natural light, ensuring a comfortable stay. Situated in a vibrant area, it's perfect for exploring Florence's attractions. The hosts have equipped the apartment with all the comforts needed for a relaxing visit. When you're enjoying unwinding after a day of sightseeing, this centrally located apartment provides an ideal base. Air conditioning just unplug sensors at night so it stays cool.

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Sergio was very kind and friendly. Apartment is located in nice neighborhood and walkable to many restaurants and public transport. If you are carrying heavy luggage then keep in mind that you have to walk up narrow staircases. Kitchen and bedrooms are spacious. The bathrooms are a bit tight and smaller than I expected but overall we had a good stay.

Very good location (just outside the ZTL, traffic-calmed zone) Especially by car super convenient, you should not drive further into the old town and the private parking space in an enclosed courtyard is included in the accommodation. The old town is also within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The residential area looked clean and secure. The apartment is a good size for two people and a balcony. Basically very satisfied, towards the side street and inside of the building rather clairaudient. Very friendly hostess who responds in a timely manner. I will gladly come back.

They have been wonderful days,perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature that surrounds Raggiolo. Our dog is very happy with access to the river and the river park just below the pool. Laura was super helpful and welcoming,we felt at home in a place where nothing was missing! Congratulations to the owners who have created a magical and one-of-a-kind place, thank you very much.

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights in Panzano in Chianti. The home was very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views of surrounding hills and valleys. We stayed at the end of a more urban-focused trip in Italy, and it was wonderful to stay in Panzano and breathe clean air, drink great Chianti, and eat very good food. The hosts were communicative, and helped us with questions, and a good guidebook to the local region was provided. I'd stay there again if I get back to Italy.
