Vacation rentals with a sauna in Church-Wellesley, Old Toronto

We had a great stay. The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and complete with all facilities. Yasmin was very acomadative and always responded to our needs. The building staff were also friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend it to anybody.

As usual, we felt right at home in Anthony’s place. I have nothing but praise. This was our third or fourth stay and it is as great as ever. Anthony is a super host and this unit has become our place to stay when in Toronto.

Stayed here for 5 days in January 2025 and had a great experience! The location is secure and we felt safe the entire time. There are countless amazing restaurants within walking distance, and the facilities (gym especially) were outstanding. 10/10 highly recommend!

Inayat is so passionate to host guests, I had an amazing conversation with him. I trusted him with money and my stay (Best decision). I was not sure in the start while booking but the appartment turned out to be exactly as seen in pictures. I loved how cozy and cute the appartment was, having all the basic things in kitchen and washroom, everything was just perfect. The building is new with so many facilities like swimming pool, Sauna, Steam room and felt no less than a 5 star hotel (Actually better) Thank you for hosting me Inayat.

Superb place to stay near the subway and downtown.

I stayed for one night, since I had something nearby in the early morning. The condo is great, and as advertized - a high-floor condo in the heart of midtown. Super-clean, location basically on Yonge-Eglinton, and more spacious than in the pictures. Very comfortable and well-equipped. The check-in was easy and clear, and Fabrina was very kind and considerate in allowing a late check-out, which I appreciated a lot. She also communicated perfectly and kindly. I'm personally not a huge fan of high-floor condos with wind and a view overlooking other similar condos. But it's definitely a common style in this area of Toronto, and out on the balcony you do have a view to downtown and the CN tower. And the condo itself is really comfortable inside.

Great location, great host very responsive, very clean and secure location, off street parking, great views from terrace overlooking downtown, great amenities, only one thing the pool and jacuzzi is on deck so we couldn't use but they do have a Sona and steam roomcoverall l would give it 97 out of 100 I would definitely recommend especially in the summer.

Anne was the sweetest host. She provided lots of useful recommendations and was very responsive for check in and out. I had a great stay, I would definitely go back next time I visit Toronto.

The apartment location is amazing. It is close to everything. The access to the path and shops is so convenient. Alexander is responsive, polite, and supportive. The apartment is suitable for both long and short stays. Few pitfalls to mention, the building elevators are busy most of the time and sometimes get out service. And the security there are not supportive or friendly , however, you can always contact Alexander if you face any problem and he won’t hesitate to respond quickly and give the required support. Thanks for hosting us!

Great communication with the owner. Lovely place with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Area was great for us with restaurants & comedy club we went to. Only a short walk to get to the subway so getting downtown was so easy. Appreciated the use of the parking spot for our car. Will definitely use this space for our next Toronto mini-vacation

Loved this beautifully decorated home! The sauna was a perfect touch, and Alea made our Valentine’s Day extra special with a gifted bottle of wine. A cozy, stylish, and relaxing stay—highly recommend!

Our visit was wonderful! Jon was responsive to our questions even before the visit, which helped a lot as we had our kids and grandkids coming. The 18 month old is toddling and we had lots of questions! The house is beautiful—spacious, light, comfortable, all the amenities you could wish for, all in good order and ready for use. The sauna/steam and hot tub facilities make it extra great but even without that it’s a wonderful home. You will sense the welcoming atmosphere right away. Lots of greenery; house and outside is fragrant with lavender and birds chirp in the backyard—just delightful! Jon‘s guidelines were really helpful and included places to eat, locations of parks and interesting stores . Neighborhood was fabulous—small businesses, organic foods, very walkable. I have no critiques—perhaps older renters may want to ask about sleeping and bathroom arrangements—there is no bedroom or bath on the main floor but steps up are manageable. Highest recommendation.

Best place ever!!!! We did a last minute trip to Canada and this was the best airbnb I have ever stayed at.

The location was perfect for us and the price for the accommodation was well worth it. The cleaning staff had been a bit sloppy as the carpets weren't well vacuumed and when looking for the remote under the sofa pillow there was a lot of dirt (sand, bread crumbs etc). Besides this Carter's place was great. All amenities that we needed, appreciated the coffee pods for the machine.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Daniella's place! It's a perfect house for the family like mine which has young kid and pet. They prepared a lot of stuff for baby including bath basin and diaper changing desk. Their kitchen has everything, different pots, dishes, cups, tools...and we made a good dinner just like when we are at home! The location is good too, 5 mins walking distance to the plaza and incredibly nice and quiet community! We will definitely come back next time!

Great place to escape from your daily routine or have a great weekend! The hot tubs were just out of this world, plus sauna in just one place made it even better. The house was neat and cozy I would highly recommend this place Also I want to highlight the communication between the host/cohost and me, they answered all of my questions and replied every time I contacted them really fast
