Vacation rentals in Chuo Ward

The apartment was exactly as described in text and in photos. It's spacious and has all advertised amenities (fast internet, TV, washing machine, kitchen utensils, personal amenities, etc.) There are also plenty of restaurants and small bars in the immediate vicinity. Livelier areas are in the main streets of Tenjin, a few minutes walk away. If you arrive in the evening and the underground mall is closed, you can take the Tenjin Minami 12C East exit (per the instructions) or if you're carrying big pieces of luggage, 12B East Exit has escalators (both up and down) and it's just a few meters away from Exit 12C. Overall, we had a great stay at the apartment and we hope to book it again next time we're in Fukuoka.

Located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, approximately 30 mins drive to Fukuoka Intl airport and Hakata area. Lots of amenities for use such as electric grill plate and gas stove for shabu shabu. The backyard was lovely and nicely decorated and the a charcoal bbq pit could be used for an additional charge. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and tidy.

It's a very nice accommodation.

Good location to explore Fukuoka city and nearby Itoshima. A slight problem with the a/c but communication was quick and smooth. Will stay here again and recommend to others.

The condition of the accommodation is the best. Cleaner and nicer than a hotel

We had a very meaningful time close to Hakata and Tenjin.There is also a parking lot next door, so it was convenient to go by rental car.I'd love to stay again.Thank you very much.

Good environment, there is a large parking space, a nice kitchen, a rooftop where you can barbecue, a choice for many people to play, I will go again next time

芸 is a pleasant host,communication has been easy & smooth. My family & I had a pleasant stay in this lovely home. It is comfy and clean.kitchen is well equipped & clean. The heater/dryer in the bathroom is great, keeps one warm when taking a shower during the cold winter, & washed laundries dries after a night with the dryer on.1 WC downstairs & another 1 upstairs. And 1 spacious and super clean bathroom (with bath tub) downstairs (separated from the WC). Spacious porch(can park 2 cars). HiMart only 5mins walk, there's a laundry near HiMart.7-11 is 850m from HiMart. Quiet neighbourhood, nearest station is Tojinmachi Station,abt 15mins walk.There’s Family mart in front of the Exit 3 of Tojinmachi station (staircase), a few steps ahead there’s an elevator to the station (to those with luggage, this is useful).This station is served by Airport Line that covers main stn such as Tenjin, Hakata & Fukuoka Airport. Hence convenient We had a pleasant stay at this comfortable and clean home.
