House vacation rentals in Chulilla

We had a wonderful stay at Santiago’s place. The house is more beautiful in person than in the pictures, tons of space. It slept 5 adults and 4 kids more than comfortably. Very close to the beach and restaurants and it has a great outdoor space to enjoy swimming/hanging out with friends and family. Santiago was very friendly and responsive. It was a perfect long weekend. :)

It has been an excelllent stay,the whole family as owners really engaged and reactful,helpful,the house is very well equipped for a family including bicycles which we used a lot and enjoyed very much. We do recommend truly and hope to come back.

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

The house was perfect, in the photos it looks smaller but it's quite big. A small inconvenience would be the mosquitos but that's everywhere The house 10/10

We had a great stay. The house offers a lot of space and was clean and equipped with modern facilities. Next to the apartment is a Lidl and the metro station is just a short walk away. Cristina was very communicative and kind. There was no problem to check out later since our flight back home was in the evening. We can highly recommend this Airbnb!

Nice big house with nice outdoor space and lots of privacy. Walking distance to the woods with beautiful hiking trails, a monastery and a small restaurant. A city is a 30-minute drive from Valencia airport. Perfect location for nature and culture lovers. Good value for money. There was no heating in the house to our scare, but there was a fireplace and we could use all the wood we needed.

Beautiful studio right by the beach! Pictures are spot on, very clean, very cozy! Our host Fernando goes above and beyond to orient you to the area, offer suggestions for restaurants and things to do! This was so helpful being new visitors to Valencia! ❤️ Communication was suburb!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is spacious and exudes a real home feeling. The modern kitchen has all the comforts, which made cooking very pleasant. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms at our disposal, and the presence of a dryer was a nice extra. The spacious garden felt like an oasis in the middle of the city – perfect for relaxing. The ground floor was ideal with our stroller, and for the children there were plenty of toys and space to play. In addition, tram, metro, bus and a supermarket were within walking distance, which made it extra comfortable. In short, a great place where we felt right at home. Highly recommended! The host is great and nice communication and lots of nice tips for the area. We would love to come back.

Esther is a 10 hostess. She was very friendly and helpful and all the information she had provided about the apartment was true to reality. The apartment was great, very spacious, tidy, cozy and functional. The only thing we didn't love is its location. We did not know the area and when we arrived it was unsafe, especially for walking with children. Everything else, 10.

My wife left a bag of personal affects behind and they were very helpful in sending it to us. Thanks1

the house is just like the very nice photos. Eduardo super majo recommended shops and things to see . The only thing is the access to the house that is on the same road and there is some noise x the cars but it was a great stay and I would surely repeat. Thank you very much Eduardo

Irene is a super friendly and responsive host! The “casita” in Cabanyal is on a quiet part of Cabanyal and I just discovered my favorite coffee & croissants at the end of the street at Gélatica. A huge 5* for the host Irene, the perfect location, and amenities 🙌

The house is beautiful with everything you need for a lovely stay. It is quiet with a beautiful pool and many other activities (basketball basket and gym, among others). The host is absolutely kind. He wants us to feel “at home.” It gives recommendations about very good places to eat and places to visit in Valencia. We recommend eyes closed.

The house is fantastic and allows you to disconnect a few days with the family. It is a luxury to be able to have such a quiet and beautiful environment half an hour from Valencia. All very well cared for, rooms and very spacious living room. We were able to enjoy both the pool and the barbecue. The deal with Tana was excellent, with plenty of facilities to make the most of the weekend. Highly recommended, we will return as much as possible.

Nice quiet location. In a 20-minute walk you were in the center of Requena in no time. Nice garden and beautiful swimming pool. Just too cold for us but that was the period of the year. The house was fully equipped Including good beds. Nice and good communication with the host.

Hosts couldnt be more welcoming to their home, they live next door and available and willing to answer any questions in person or via messaging. Great directions to the villa with google map locations supplied by message It was spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The driveway to the rear is a little steep but there is plenty of parking on a quiet road in front of the Villa. We didnt have a problem with driveway but some nervous drivers may find it a challenge. It is located in a quiet area but close to both the Ricardo Tormo race circuit and Valencia. We had all just left the day the terrible storm and flood hit, luckily for us, and Flo messaged us a few times to check we were all safe.. a true gentleman. Our thoughts go out to the people of Valencia and wish you the best in recovering from this terrible event. Thank you Flo and Layla, we will be back in the future

We had such a wonderful time at Alejandro’s home. The grounds and garden are stunning. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Great linens as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was perfect. The patios were lovely. And we really enjoyed the pools with amazing views of the orange orchard. It’s so peaceful. What a lovely property. And Vincent and his wife were so kind and welcoming. We loved the fresh figs!!

It is ideally located: 100 m from a very decent bakery, 300 m from the large beach, 600 m from the Mercadona, 100 m from a super nice lowcost bike rental and especially in the area of former fishermen which is extremely typical. Bedroom is at the back of the accommodation and therefore very quiet. We would definitely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Virginie’s home which really exceeded our expectations. The house is well equipped providing everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is usefully all on one level and has the separate annex. The garden is extensive and well laid out with shade and sun at all times of the day and with a lovely outdoor eating area and a beautiful pool. The house is located in a quiet suburb of La Canyada which has a great range of shops, restaurants and bakeries in close reach, and it’s easy to catch the metro into Valencia. David welcomed us and was very helpful responding to any questions and proving recommendations of places to eat and visit. Thanks very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
