Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chilmark

I moved my family to Cape Cod in September and stayed here while shopping for a permanent home. I’ve never done a long term (4+ month) Airbnb rental before and it’s a little different from the normal experience. But Jessica and family were very nice and this was the right place for us to make that transition. Conveniently located to Falmouth and Mashpee Commons and a very reasonable price for the area. There were a couple of situations that required Jessica to be very flexible with us and she was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful ti.e staying here. The house is beautiful and accommodated everyone. There is plenty to do in the area and was a nice central aarea to take in everything the island has to offer. We would love to sstay here again. Thank you so much for hhosting us!

This Airbnb was large and peaceful, with easy parking, a nice pond in walking distance, close to Hyanis, and a lot of amenities like TV, bedding, towels, etc. The building is old with a bit of water damage and old appliances, but it was very clean, everything that we needed worked, and had ACs in every room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lisa is an incredible host! She was very responsive and easy to reach. The house was very clean and neat and well equipped to make your stay easy and enjoyable. You can really tell that she cares about the home and the comfort of her guests. The home is located in a very quiet lowkey neighborhood with easy access to town and everything you need either by bike or car. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Genainna’s home! Genainna was welcoming and responsive. The home was clean, bright, and family friendly. We love exploring, but oftentimes all our kids wanted to do was go back to the house, play in the big, beautiful backyard, take a dip in the hot tub, or roast marshmallows. We’d highly recommend the house and hope to return ourselves one day!

Geoffreys house is a cosy comfortable home with perfect access to the nice public beach !at Kess memorial. You can walk in the harbor within max 20 minutes , whether the shopping Main Street or the nice walk through green neighborhood. The kitchen is perfectly equipped! The beds are comfortable and we slept heavenly! From Hyannis with the Car wé made several trips throughout Cape Cod, all within maximum 1h drive (Prvincetwon f.ex.) . Absolutely recommend this place and Geoffrey is a very charming host!Thanks!

Amazing stay. We felt so at home during our time there. Five of us total (including a 7 year old) and we had more than enough space. Amazing light and peaceful. All amenities we needed. Short 5 minute drive to Circuit Ave and everything we needed. We were barely home. Great communication and was extremely flexible about our check in. Looking forward to booking again!

Looooved the place! My family and I fell in love with the place. Amenities were aplenty and there were plenty of games/activities to play/do in the house. Everything was as pictured/described and the place was spacious and cozy at the same time. We ran low on an item and Marianna took care of it asap. Her response time was extremely quick; always at the ready. We couldn’t get enough of the place and were sad to leave. In a word: perfection!! Thank you so much for the best stay we’ve had in a long time!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

This apartment is a gem! Tom and Cindi have thought of all the details: plenty of extra pillows and blankets, nightlights readily available for us to plug in or not as/where needed, good blackout curtains in the bedroom, granola bars and some kitchen basics like butter and cream, an electric kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a wide variety of extra toiletries in case guests have forgotten anything. Tom greeted us in person when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. While it’s not walkable to downtown, it’s a fun neighborhood to walk around, near the bay. We’d stay here again if we visit this area again!

great little spot! we went to a wedding in the area and needed something close to the venue. this provided everything we needed: comfort and cleanliness :)

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very modern suite. The living room has a large TV and built-in glass fireplace. The kitchen is HGTV with a gas stove and large modern sink. The bathroom is Euro-styled behind the sliding wooden door, great water pressure. The bedroom has a great sleeping bed which always makes my stay. The place has a demure outside but once inside, you will say “Wow!”. Maria is a great, congenial host putting us on some great restaurants and places to visit. We would definitely rent again.

My family lives right near this home. It was right next to the port and all amenities needed.

We really enjoyed our stay the studio was exactly as described in the photos it was very comfortable lots of space for the two of us and our dog and a great location. Andrea and Tracy included a lot of extras to help make us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you.

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

Lloyd is a great host and offers a wonderful place to stay. The house is exactly like the photos but better. The house is extremely clean and a great place for larger groups.

We really enjoyed our week on Martha’s Vineyard. The house met our needs perfectly and was a great base - really close to all the main attractions. Thanks to Karen for hosting :-)

The house was absolutely gorgeous and looked better in real life than in the photos (how many times can you say that!?). Kevin was a very responsive and kind host, answering all of my questions. The location was perfect - so serene and peaceful. The outdoor space was gorgeous, the kitchen was amazing and fully stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were so cozy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this rental and would go back in a heartbeat.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Andy’s home. Clean, comfortable and attention to all the details. We all felt like everything was taken care of and we could just relax and enjoy our stay. Everything was clearly described and any directions were easy to follow. Andy was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The kitchen was great to cook in. Loved the pool and hot tub. We spent hours playing all the games in the comfortable finished basement. Highly recommended; would definitely stay again!

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.
