Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Chico

My son and I enjoyed our stay. We felt safe through parking garage and walking to the pool. Pool area was always nice and clean. Bedroom was good size and King size bed was so comfortable, we also had our own private bathroom which was accommodating for both of us and had access to fridge, stove, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen sink, washer and dryer! We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting Chico again and staying at her place again. (Check it out for yourself) : )

We reserved this Airbnb for our family visiting during Christmas, and they absolutely loved it! The location was perfect—close to great dining and shops, which made it super convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and they appreciated how quiet and peaceful the space was despite being so centrally located. The modern design added a nice touch, making their stay even more enjoyable. They had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

It's a great place to stay! There are great coffee, bar and dinner options all within walking distance. Very secure and clean! It's definitely my 'go-to' when I visit Chico!

We had the most wonderful stay at Paul’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was not only beautiful but also so thoughtfully designed, with every detail making it cozy and welcoming. The backyard, from the hottub, the barbecue , and the space was an absolute highlight. Paul was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special—providing local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and take pride in their home. We left with great memories and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Elizabeth’s house was great! Easy to walk to Chico State and places to eat. She was kind when messaging me also. I appreciated all the communication. We would definitely stay again!
