In peak summer we have full weeks available (Sun-Sun) or partial (Sun-Thurs). This historic Parkside duplex has been recently renovated to include all the best amenities. This home sits ON the Cape Charles Central Park, giving you not only wonderful views of the park, but a perfect place for kids to run and play, families to walk, picnic and enjoy all the concerts and park festivals. It is also only two blocks to the beach and two blocks to the historic downtown – truly the best location!

Fantastic freshly renovated roomy apartment smack in the heart of the Ghent district. Just a few minutes walk from EVMS, ODU, numerous neighborhood craft breweries and an endless variety of dining options, including the area's only authentic wood-fired oven bakery, several locally owned coffee houses and organic stores. Family beach home with 1st floor master bedroom

This young age house has a big backyard for kids and dog running around( pet fee is $100 per stay). Decent size patio with bbq grill makes a great hangout spot. 4 bedrooms with 1 king and 3 queen beds, a pull out couch sleeper in the living room. Only 2-1/2 blocks away from the clean sand beach, you can take a walk on the beach and come home for breakfast! Perfect for your family vacation! We are not hosting any party/ event, thank you for understanding!
