Vacation rentals with a patio in Cheras

This is the second time I have stayed in one of ivan's listings. Very clean and well furnished place, the building is very modern and has lots of amenities. The host and his team were very helpful, the bed had four pillows and all of them were soft and the second day I contacted them and within 1 hour they came and replaced all the pillows. overall, I really enjoyed the stay and it will be very difficult for me to book with anybody else any time I come to kuala lumpur.

~Rant~ Finding the place at night is a bit of a challenge, but that's just signage and roads. The security personnel are lost, carpark is designed for Kelisa's. Getting into the unit was easy after having to walk up the carpark exit ramp because the door to the lift was broken. ~Apartment~ Listed unit was just like in the pictures, clean sheets, floors, tables, the whole works. Toiletries and towels are provided. Host did everything they promised so they get 5-stars.

I enjoyed my stay. House is clean and comfortable. Walkable and accessible. Host is very responsive.

Ashley was a very proactive host that helped answer my questions promptly, which I really appreciated. She also accommodated a slightly earlier check-in, which was great 🙏🏻 I felt right at home while staying there. Only wished the bed and pillows were a bit more comfortable but that really depends on what type of sleeper you are I suppose. Given the opportunity, I would stay here again!

Marveen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

We had a fantastic stay! Space & Cleanliness: The home was incredibly large and spotlessly clean. Pool: The private pool was a huge hit, especially with the adorable unicorn floaties! Kitchen: The kitchen was fully equipped with everything our large family needed for cooking. Living Area: The living room was spacious and comfortable. Host: The host was exceptionally attentive and responsive to all our needs. We were amazed and would definitely stay again.

Great choice for privacy and nice surroundings

Suhanna’s place is unique and beautiful. We loved the peaceful neighbourhood and the feeling of being enclosed in green. The location was great. There’s an attention to detail in this home (good sofa space so everyone has room to sit and relax, beautiful decor, good sheets and towels, good mattresses and pillows) that just made this a wonderful home away from home experience. Thanks Suhanna. Appreciated and valued your flexibility, responsiveness and beautiful home.

Beautiful house

Arif’s place was spacious and highly tailored to accommodate our large family who came from out of town for my wedding. It’s minutes away from Forest Valley Hall as well as many shops and a couple of shopping malls, too. As for the house, we especially loved the kitchen which seemed purpose built for large gatherings and masak-masak sessions. This was a great choice and we recommend this to other large families as well!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Perfect for a Group! We had an incredible stay at this house! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of 11. The layout was great, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The highlight was definitely the game area with the pool/ping pong table—it made for some fun and competitive nights! The house had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for big groups looking for a comfortable and entertaining stay. Would definitely book again!

🌟Perfect Stay! Great Host & Convenient Location nearby Bukit Bintang 🌟 We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to all our inquiries, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The unit is on the same level as the swimming pool, which was super convenient, especially for keeping an eye on our kids while they swam. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Not the forget, the builded playground, my kids really happy to have that in this Airbnb 🎡 Another big plus is the convenient location—there’s Bila Bila Mart, 7-Eleven, a mamak restaurant, and Mee Tarik just nearby, so finding food was never a problem. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staying at this place was like hitting the accommodation jackpot! The place was spotless, cozy, and so well-equipped that I briefly considered changing my mailing address.😃😃 The host? Absolute legend. Super responsive, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed – including peace of mind that I wasn’t about to star in a horror movie (always a plus in a new place). Location-wise, it was perfect! Close enough to explore the city but far enough that I didn’t hear any car alarms at 3 AM.”] Would I stay here again? Great place to stay. There are several great restaurants, cafes and shopping places within walking distance. Our host made us feel at home. Highly recommended place for a family on a holiday.
