Warm welcome by the hosts and their children who immediately played with ours. The space was very clean, until complaints were dusted. The accommodation is very large. The rooms are very nice. A big plus for the exteriors and the hot tub. We enjoyed it a lot. The sheets are all soft and the bedding is very good quality. The kids spent their weekend between the net above the living room, the garden and the hot tub that they now know how to use better than their toothbrush 😅🤣 Dreamy weekend at the bottom of the greenway where you can also go for a walk or run.

With a vehicle, supermarket 15 minutes away, castles. cave sites, wine cellars bourgueil between 30' and 1 hour. Ideal location for visits.

Peggy and her spouse hosted us very well. They were present and good tips for walks near the cottage. We very much enjoyed the small fire in the insert when we arrived and were able to continue to enjoy it on sunny days thanks to the wood provided. Everything was perfect to have a good stay.

Elodie was very friendly, welcoming and available. The accommodation was spotless upon arrival with piles of storage and kitchen accessories (toaster, kettle, small oven, washing machine...). The heater works great and you have plenty of blankets and cushions if needed so you'll never get cold in winter. Pleasant setting and friendly neighbors. Only small downside with the national road next door a little noisy when you want to go on the terrace or walk, but the house is very well insulated so you can't hear anything inside . There are plenty of shops nearby, including a large organic grocery store within walking distance and with good products. There is a parking space in front of the house so no worries if you come by car.

Thank you for this trip! The accommodation is at the foot of the castle, 5 minutes from the center. It's clean, matches the photos, and very quiet. The weather was not there this weekend, so we stayed more than expected inside. It's bright and pleasant.

Listing as described, parking in the center of Angers is very convenient. Extremely well maintained accommodation and the small terrace in the morning with roof views is very appreciated. Gwénaël had perfectly informed us about all the stages of arrival of departure so everything was very simple.

We had a great weekend at Guillaume and Paula's apartment. The accommodation was as described, very clean and functional, it was a pleasure to stay there. The city center is within walking distance and the bus is right in front of the apartment. I would recommend it without a second thought!
