Vacation rentals with a patio in Cheetham Hill

The rooms are well equipped, 15-20 minutes walk to the business district and train station, will stay again next time.

Genuinely welcomed, studio impeccable & well appointed, host could not do enough for us she is excellent, only very minor issue (which as identified before booking) was that we are used to a large bed & there was a small double bed but that was a minor none issue as Jules was an excellent host. Would definitely highly recommend !

The apartment was extremely nice, clean and modern. It was fairly close to town. The apartment felt like you was just at home and really did look like the pictures. I was thoroughly satisfied and would look to stay there again I would recommend anyone to stay there

Property was as advertised. Good off-street parking, large garden (perfect for playing with our dog) and the house was clean and had most things we needed. The property is also in a good spot close to shops and restaurants.

Very generous host even left some bottled water and tea coffee bread etc for us which was so appreciated 🙏🙏 Lovely , big , comfy clean beds, bedding and towels. Great kitchen and dinning area cooked a lovely meal. We really enjoyed our stay thank you once again 🙏🙏

Linda was truly a gem of a host, warm, reliable, and always one step ahead when it came to communication. From the moment we booked, everything felt smooth and easy. The location couldn’t have been better...perfectly tucked between the airport and the city center, which made getting around super convenient and stress free. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood that gave us a real sense of calm. All the instructions were clear and helpful, making our stay completely hassle free. We had a great stay at Tony’s. Ideal for travelling on your own or couple. Lovely kitchen, the sliding doors to the back garden/driveway is fantastic. I hadn’t read a message right in regards to parking in that area but once I realised Tony organised someone straight away to come and assist. We thought the location was ideal for what we had on while on our travels and when you were in the house you felt like you could actually be anywhere. Great stay, would recommend. Thanks again Tony!

The place was lovely and clean. It's a very cosy place to stay. However, it is smaller than the pictures but it was still up to standard. All of the essentials were provided and more. Very satisfied with my stay.

We book a lot of Airbnbs and this is one of the best ones we have stayed in. Paul was friendly and responsive and check in was super easy. The Annex is really lovely and in a great location, right in the centre of Poynton. We were visiting family and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Also a lovely touch leaving us a bottle of wine and a pack of cookies!

The flat itself was great. Lovely design inside, lots of cool tech, a great bath and amazing views. Pete went the extra mile to make us comfortable, advising us on walking routes and apps, travel options, instructions on using the hob and more. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment, nicely furnished, perfect space for my four night stay visiting uni daughter. Had everything I needed. Location was ideal for driving, walking and using the bus. Would definitely stay again

Our stay at Anthony’s place was just the peace and quiet we needed on a busy weekend in Manchester. The flat was full of useful amenities which made our stay really enjoyable. The lovely bath was a highlight, and the living room and bedroom had excellent views over the north of the city (as long as you don’t mind heights!) The flat was in easy walking distance of Victoria’s train and tram services, and there are plenty of buses running down the Cheetham Hill Road, too. We would happily stay here again.
