Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Our long awaited family reunion of 8 adults and 1 dog LOVED staying in the Plum Bush house. The house is BEAUTIFUL and spacious, the beds comfy, the water hot and the sunporch was the coziest place to gather for conversation and enjoy the welcome snacks and beverages. The pool water was a balmy 88 degrees and the grounds were a great place to hike, have a camp fire or play a game of corn hole. Mary and Bert were nearby to answer any questions and made us feel at home. We would love to stay there again!

Wowww, this home is truly amazing, really exited our expectations. It was a perfect Valentine day weekend, cozy, peaceful and relax is the vibe the home gives. Anthony is a great super host, responsive and attentive, even surprised us with some goodies!!! The backyard is so spacious and well organized, experiencing the hot tube under the snow was lovely. Will definitely be back during the summer 😊😊😊

The location and quality of the accommodations were we’re better than expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a great coffee station, everyone had private areas, including private balconies. An added bonus was the shower/body spray station in the master bathroom. Highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a place in Ellicottville. Thank you Annamae

We took our kids up skiing for their second time. The place was convenient, clean and spacious. Check in and check out instructions are very detail and helpful. We loved it! We definitely want to go again. If this place is available BOOK IT

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

Very cute place that was perfect for our short Peek n' Peak getaway. Love that it's dog friendly! The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and diningware and the house is close to grocery stores and gas stations. We felt very at home, comfortable, and safe!

Kathleen’s home was perfect! We felt comfortable from the beginning. It was well stocked with extras. A great place to visit with an elderly person, or someone with limited physical abilities. There was only two steps, and a walk in shower! I can’t wait to return when the weather is nicer so we can see the beach.

This was, far and away, the best house I have ever stayed in through Air B&B. Every possible thing you thought you needed to bring was already in the house. A fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, sheets and towels, and even extra bathroom needs. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to both the grocery and a few shops and eateries. You can actually SEE Chautauqua Lake from the house! Wi-Fi and TV options were plentiful, and there are comfy chairs in the living room if you wanted to stay in and catch a movie or a game. In short, I hope other hosts are reading this, because THIS HOUSE is the reason Air B&B exists. I’d stay here every time if I could.

Tammy's place is well thought out, comfortable, and extremely well done. All amenities are included and we did not lack for anything during our stay. She is a great communicator and the whole process was easy and hassle free. Tammy's place is very well clean and kept up, did not have any issues with cleanliness or maintenance issues during our stay. A wonderful experience, looking forward to re-booking!

Genevieve was a great host to work with. The location was very close to Holiday Valley and easy to find after a day on the slopes. The amenities were perfect and the house was a great vibe for our group in town for a ski weekend!

We were completely blessed during our weekend stay at Colleen's place. Spending an off-season, winter weekend requires a comfortable and cozy place. We felt both and then some. Colleen had subtle and extra touches around every corner. Compared with all of our stays over the past ten years on the app, Colleen provided the most extras, making us feel extremely welcome, by far. We highly recommend staying here - any time of the year. I anticipate that we will be back :-)

The house was very spacious and had 3 really nice bathrooms. Common areas had a lot of space and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. Perfect place for quality family time and enjoying the beauty of the lake!

The place is perfect, exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Clean, tidy, cozy, warm and has all the features for short-term staying. Great location: quiet, but easy to get to eateries and a gas station. Special thanks to the host. Alan responded rapidly to our questions. After a snowfall, the driveway was cleaned early in the morning. We had a wonderful family weekend

We had a wonderful stay at The Maples. We felt welcomed, relaxed and right at home. The location was perfect. It is close to delicious restaurants and the sky high adventure park. There is something for everyone in the beautiful picturesque surrounding landscape. The hosts were extremely attentive and we appreciated the extras which made cooking a breeze. We can’t wait to be back.

Price is affordable. Everything was very clean. Instructions for the stay was straight to the point and easy. The house was very accommodating. If I had to give one suggestion it would be to have more comfortable beds.

This BNB is a good taste of the simple life. It is a cute old farm house. My husband and I used this house as a base camp to explore Ellicottville and it was perfect! Only about 15 minute drive to town, and it's quite a pretty drive. The Japanese Soaking tub was perfect to relax our muscles after a long day. Just don't be dumb and forget to bring soap to wash up before getting in like my husband and I since they did not have any available lol. This property has 3 full baths which would be very convenient for a family staying there, and or just nice for a couple to have multiple options. I would definitely go back!

Barry's place was amazing! Perfect for a short weekend getaway to get some skiing and quality time in with friends. His place was clean, well kept, spacious, cozy, and cute. Barry was very helpful & communicative, and helped us during check-in to make sure we got in okay. You can guarantee a safe and nice time at Barry's Eville house!

Lanny is amazing!! We would give him more stars if we could. We went there for my wife’s birthday and Lanny helped to make it very special experience. From birthday decorations to dinner recommendation's. His place is beautiful and also decorated for Christmas.
