We had an excellent stay in Bemus Point. The lake view is really special and the location is perfect. Tom was a great host and responded quickly to questions about the coffee maker, internet, etc. It is a nice little unit. It seems to be an older unit that was partially refurbished. It was clean and cozy, but still shows its age in some spots. It was a great value and the 3 of us were very comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed. We had a great time visiting for the Eclipse. Highly Recommend!!

Loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. I felt right at home, it is in a very peaceful part of town. I highly recommend!

What a great stay!! This apt had everything one could need. It was a wonderfully stocked kitchen, clean, quiet, and Lyle had left thoughtful touches (and he was a great host!). Highly recommend!

Laine’s house was very nice and cozy. It was clean and super spacious and comfortable! Laine was quick to respond and very helpful. We enjoyed staying at her place and look forward to go back.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Our stay was great. We hadn’t planned on spending so much time in the house, but we got snowed in! It was a perfect spot for a memorable vacation. Lynlee was an excellent host, getting us plowed out and communicating well. Everything is very clean and the place is well appointed.

We had a fantastic stay at Terri's place. The apartment and rooms were all spotless and cozy. Terri's instructions made it easy to access the home and get inside. It snowed the day we arrived and she made sure that all the snow was cleared by the time we got there. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely stay here again! My stay here was great! The place was super clean and had literally everything you needed! It was like being at home but away from home. Liv was very quick to respond to any questions and I had and was very kind and helpful!! Highly recommend staying here!

The home was very cozy and perfect for a getaway for my husband and me. We enjoyed having the bikes available so we could ride around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

The loft was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean—perfect for my daughter’s weekend audition at Fredonia! It was even more spacious than the photos suggested, and the building felt very safe and secure. Parking was so easy, the location was lovely (even in a Western NY winter), and the space was warm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. Chris was a truly awesome host - so responsive and accommodating. If things pan out at Fredonia, this will definitely be our go-to spot. We’re so happy we found it and look forward to returning. Huge thanks to Chris for everything!

Pam was a lovely host and had plenty of recommendations for things to do, and her place was super peaceful! Lake Erie is not to be missed, and Buffalo is only an hour drive away so I’ll definitely be coming back to see more of it in the warmer months. Pam is wonderful to talk to, as well; we had a bonfire on the beach to stargaze and comet watch on my last night. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I came during the off-season with the intent to be a bit of a homebody and just read with the waves of the lake in the background, and that’s exactly what I got and more. It’s a gorgeous area when all the leaves are changing and even though I didn’t meet too many people, the people I did were very friendly.

Second time staying here for our annual girl’s trip to the local skate park and we will be back again next year! Great location.

The place is very clean. I didn’t smell cleaning products with synthetic fragrances, instead the place is clean and fresh. The king size bed and pillows are very comfortable. Great location, walking distance to downtown. Easy to get to the highway. Gg is very knowledgeable and provide useful information of local events and travel recommendations. When my 80 years old mother in law come to visit, Gg is kind and provide tremendous help. We are very grateful and couldn’t be happier. All of appliances are function well. The garden view is very pretty with two very beautiful trees in the yard. It is peaceful to sit at the deck and enjoy the beautiful view. I definitely will want to come back and stay Gg’s Airbnb again.

Lakeside spot with instant beach access. The place is quaint and cute. Nice that it has a parking spot and a grill to use. The place has a decent bed in one bedroom and one that has seen more comfortable days in the other. I tried the TV and had problems getting content to load. Could have been user error. The shower was great, good pressure and temp control. The AC units kept the place nice and cool. I had a great time!

Kyle was very responsive and the location was in walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Chautauqua Lake. Also, the town of Westfield has nice Antique shops and restaurants.

Search NO FURTHER!!!! This place has everything from amazing & friendly hosts, to a beautiful view of the lake, and to the small details such as umbrellas, scotch tape, and scissors! The bathroom medicine cabinet had first aid things, Motrin, bacterial wipes, simply all those small things that are easy to forget from home. This Airbnb is definitely worth every penny and we will keep it on the top of our list for when we travel to NY next time.

The overview of the logistics of attending Chautauqua that Judith provided was invaluable. We were able to hit the ground running like old pros and make the most of our visit!

This was our third stay here, it is home away from home. The area offers a lot to do, and the people are very friendly. Looking forward to next year in Westfield NY.
