La Maison in Montsoreau is a beautiful house, very spacious, very well equipped and very stylishly decorated. Plenty of space inside to sit and chill, or to exercise and a decent shaded space to sit outside to BBQ and to eat. The location is excellent, a good base for exploring the many things the Loire has to offer, as well as offering everything you need in the village itself, Bars, restaurants, butcher, baker and a reasonable mini supermarket.

Comfortable studio near the futuroscope. Quiet and well-equipped. Baptiste provided plenty of information beforehand to make life easier. I really enjoyed the quiet of the residence (and the shutters that allow you to sleep in total darkness). For our next trip to Futuroscope I will book this place again without hesitation! For future guests: - finding the entrance to the parking lot (and especially the space) was not easy at night despite the detailed instructions provided by Baptiste. Waze misled me a bit but nothing insurmountable, I should have looked better before leaving. - I thought I could go to the Futuroscope on foot with the stroller, I did it once because a portion of the road has no sidewalk and cars are moving fast, it is worth planning to go there by car (and it's so much faster in the end...) Thank you Baptiste, see you soon :)

We had a great time, the house and grounds are very spacious and very well equipped, especially for the children. Large table perfect for a family get together. There is everything you need and a lot of tidying up... The environment is very pleasant and flowery in early spring, and we were very well received with a small pot of honey very appreciated. Thanks for everything, really!

It went very well. Be careful if you have a dog because Stanislas's dog is exuberant and territorial so it can be a little tricky. The accommodation is well located with a shopping center 2 or 3 km max. Everything was great, no complaints. I'll go back if I'm in the area again.

The accommodation is impeccable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for optimal comfort. The spa is a real plus: a moment of absolute relaxation in a soothing setting, ideal for relaxing. The general atmosphere of the place invites relaxation and well-being. A huge thank you to Celine for her hospitality and small touches. I would recommend it without second thought and would be happy to come back!

Sylvie and her family and the puppy, made us feel like friends. The garden was very secure for our dog, lots of lovely places to sit. A good walk for us could be found four minutes walk up the (quiet) road where there was a cycle path that took us into the town with its many amenities, including a lovely little bar and restaurant. Would certainly visit again. Sylvie was specially helpful with any request we made and even telephoned her vet to arrange the necessary paperwork for travelling back to UK with a dog. SO kind, .

Cosy and clean accommodation. Responsive host and home close to lots of things to do. The only downside is the building lobby which was a little dirty, there was a strong pet smell probably. But that the owner can't help it, it's not his responsibility. No complaints about this small studio.

Apartment that matches the listing. There were a maximum of 8 of us and we didn't step on it. Apartment not accessible to others, because access through a door that must remain closed, so you feel safe. The living room sofa is comfortable, the 2 single beds and 2 double beds as well. Essentials available and beds made on arrival which is a plus. Thanks for the check-in details and late check-in.

Very good hospitality from Laurent and his mom. They were able to answer our questions and expectations. Gite meets our expectations, both for humans and for our four-legged companion because of the large fully fenced space. Quiet and refreshing location. Stay too short and not at the right time to enjoy the pool( pity for us). Let's think hard to go back to enjoy it and see our hosts again in order to share a drink of friendship.

Well renovated and very clean accommodation. The place is quiet and there is private parking right next door. We would stay here again if we had to come back. Magali is very welcoming. The only small downside is TV channels whose number is very limited as well as image quality. But I think it's more of a problem with the place than the listing itself. Unless the issue is just the user😃.

While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury .
