Beach condo vacation rentals in Charleston

Sarah's condo was in an excellent location. Right on the water and close to shops/restaurants in Folly Beach. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and Sarah was extremely responsive.

We have stayed at this condo several times and love it! It has an ocean view, a nice screened in patio, and so close to the beach! Just the right size for the 2 of us- clean, comfortable, attractive! Just can’t beat the proximity of the beach. Brian is great!!

Glenn’s place in IOP is great! Has all the necessities and more to enjoy a beach filled week of fun. There are lots of sand toys for kids, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, etc.! Having the condo so accessible from the beach was very convenient. We spent most days at the beach then spent another couple hours at the pool. After walking to one of many restaurants (Papi’s Taqueria was a favorite of ours) we’d enjoy the sunset from the private pier. All in all great spot and stay! Glenn’s communication was proactive and prompt. He also graciously accommodated us when we had to make a change to our dates.

Loved this place! Right on the beach (near the pier and town center…and Bert’s Market!) and remodeled with updated bathrooms and comfortable couches and beds. Very nice to hang out on the balcony; just steps to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

Beautiful location. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The walk to the beachfront was easily accessible and absolutely breathtaking. Stunning views. A very comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were excellent and the linens were clean and plentiful. Wonderful for a family vacation. This listing was exactly as advertised.

This was our first time in Folly and had a great time. Joanie was extremely helpful and responded quickly to questions. She was also flexible around our travel schedule which was great. Highly recommend.

Had a nice 4 night stay. Condo is well equipped and a quick walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Planning to come back to Folly in a few months and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Just steps from the pier, restaurants, Bert's market. Furnishings lovely; kitchen fully equipped. Easy checkin and out. Allison very responsive and helpful. Elevator wasn't working when we arrived but repairs were being made.

Had a great and relaxing stay here with my 2 doggos! The condo is as pictured and described. It was easy to find and having the gate at the front of the complex felt safe. It was very clean and cozy. The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The beach is a short drive and very peaceful. Found a bunch of great shells and even a couple sharks teeth! I loved trying out the small towns different restaurants and checking out the shops. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

A group of 4 of us went into Charleston for a girls weekend and really enjoyed our stay at Hayden’s place. The place was very cutely set up, it felt like plenty of space to lounge in the living room and chat, and was just generally cozy and clean, we appreciated the clear instructions for everything, and the local recommendations. Thanks for such a great stay during our visit!

We absolutely loved waking up to the beyond beautiful views over the sand dunes and out across the water!! Private, secure location with great amenities and lots of charm! The back porch and private locked entry out to the walkway to beach was an added pleasant surprise. We look forward to a return visit!!

This condo is in the perfect location! We were able to walk almost everywhere we went while staying here. And it is such easy access to the beach. It was perfect for me, my husband and our dog! It was great how dog friendly Folly beach is!

Location was absolutely amazing! Right on the beach and walking distance to everything!

The decor and accommodations are so much more amazing than described. It was TOO nice for a group of teen boys on spring break. Lol I ended up moving the beautiful pillows and spreads to my room for the duration (chaperone). Three bathrooms was a dream, as was the artwork and decor. I would def return for a girls trip or alone. Denise was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The condo is a fantastic place to stay. We had 3 generations vacationing and we had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and private space with the large patio! Everything was within walking distance. The pool, beaches and the pier was a big hit with everyone! The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking necessities to cook meals for 6. The only downfall was no hair dryer…as if that detracted from this beautiful location! The parking pass is provided but you have to go to the condo to get it while someone has to drive around until it’s retrieved to be able to bring your car into parking. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. While it’s not beachfront, it has a lovely beach view. The location is spectacular. We walked to the pier, our beach set up, and all the restaurants on Center Street. The house itself is modern and well appointed. The owners even provided niceties such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, body wash, etc that is often not included. We found the home truly comfortable. Unfortunately, we did have an air conditioner issue during our stay. The owners issued a partial refund in response. We are very pleased with the resolution and would absolutely stay at this property again in the future.

We took a winter getaway with our adult children. The location and views were great! We could walk to many shops, bars and restaurants, and did a bike ride one day. It’s About 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and the ocean view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We’d highly recommend!

Very beautiful place. Most beautiful sunrises ever. Only complaint was the communication was not there with the host.

Monique was an awesome host — I appreciate that she went above and beyond to make our check in go smoothly. She remained accesible throughout our stay even though it was over Christmas and made age appropriate recommendations for my kiddos . The beach was right behind her place , just as described . It was a relaxing getaway for our family. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, which made whipping up breakfast a breeze before heading out for the day. The vibe was totally relaxed, and the little outdoor areas are perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding with a drink after a beach day. The host was great too, quick to respond and gave us some awesome local tips. Would definitely book again, such a gem so close to the water!
