Marcela's house is BEAUTIFUL!! The rooms are spacious, each has its own bathroom. There were bathrooms for areas outside. The super complete amenities, the kitchen had everything you need to cook and there was even plenty. We were able to make roast meat with no problem. There is a lot of furniture to spend a very pleasant afternoon outside. Pool and Jacuzzi available!! Although it would be appreciated if before arrival they could have clean water, but overall, everything was fine. Please note that the pool water is not temperate.. Overall a pleasant experience.. Of course I would come back!!

Yuritzi's service is wonderful. Friendly and very quick to respond. It feels like home. The temperature of the pool was not heated, it was cold, the jacuzzi was super rich. Everything else as described. A place to rest completely.

The house is a million times more beautiful than the photos. It is well built and does not look like the typical houses you find in Mexico. We planned a lot of outings, but in the future will plan a trip to spend more time at this gorgeous house. It is serene and you feel like you are in a little paradise.

Amenities were fantastic—the house was absolutely beautiful from every room!! The view, and outdoor areas just stunning!! The driveway is quite steep, but parking was adequate and we were pros after the first run. The house is located in a secured, gated community. We walked every day and never felt unsafe. The caretaker lives on site and was very helpful. There is no heat, but there is AC in every room. Hot water was very hot and the water pressure was excellent. There is a large hotel complex and spa right next door to the property with a fantastic restaurant overlooking the lake. We ate here several times. We’ll definitely stay again!! Highly recommend.

We visit Lake Chapala each year and this was our first time staying in the Raquet Club area. The neighborhood and home felt very safe, and the views from the hill are incredible. We stayed at Sara’s house with a few little kids and 5 adults, and there was plenty of space. The pool was warm and had shallower spaces for the kids to play. The 2 kitchens made meals super accessible, whether we were hanging outside or inside. The 4 bedrooms upstairs had comfortable beds. And there were many bathrooms. One bedroom had a leak in the en suite bathroom and Sara sent workers to attend to it immediately. There was a lingering in that bathroom the duration of our stay, though. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and the pool, and appreciated all the clean towels Sara had ready! We ate at the restaurants on the hill and loved the family one! It was only open fri-sun 1pm-8pm, and I would recommend making a reservation in case there are parties. Overall it was a fabulous stay, would recommend!

It was a very nice stay, the house is beautiful, very quiet ideal to rest, the pool size is enough to swim, my dogs also enjoyed the stay. My husband and I matched the host Jen's details. The view that the house has on the lake is spectacular, waking up, eating or watching the afternoon fall with that view is very enjoyable. The gardens are very well maintained. Excellent experience highly recommended, we will definitely return.

If you are looking to disconnect and get in the middle of the forest this is the best option, the cabin is better than what the photos show, fully equipped, cared for, clean and cozy. The host service is excellent, they care about you at all times and make the stay much easier and enjoyable, I will definitely be back soon!

It was a very nice stay. we had neither cold nor hot at night and there was everything on the property. The host was always attentive and in touch.

We had an amazing time! The photos don't do the cabin justice definitely. The location is quite simple to get to, it is located super close to the village, but the cabin is located in a fairly private area ideal for disconnecting. I would only recommend them to note the wifi from before (this is in the description of the app) because in the cabin there is not much signal (but already with the WiFi they will not have any problems). Although in Guadalajara it is hot, in the area where the cabin is quite cold in the mornings and nights (so that they wear warm clothes). There are more bedspreads on the stools in the armchairs for them to contemplate. All amazing, I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a very pleasant stay, my family was delighted with the cabin, it is beautiful and much better than in the photos, the place was super clean and with everything you need. The place is very private, you have large areas for children to play, inside the cabin it has some children's toys. The host was very attentive and accessible, we felt right at home. We definitely recommend this place and will be back. Thanks again 🙌🏻
