This place is a gem in the middle of busy Bangkok! We loved how tucked away it was on a quiet neighborhood street, yet how close it was to the Sky Train and lots of good cafes and restaurants. The house itself was awesome, a really special old-style home with lots of personality and charm. There were also lots of desks for remote work. We also loved eating at the hole-in-the-wall restaurants on the neighborhood street, everyone was friendly. Also, the host was super responsive when we had questions. Very grateful for the hospitality, and the complementary water bottles! The only thing to note is that the two bedrooms share a very thin wall, so we had to be super quiet so as to not disturb each other in the mornings and evenings :)

The place was exactly what we needed. We traveled with a 14 years old teenager, and the most important condition was met (wi-fi). The matrimonial bed is super comfortable, with a nice, hard mattress. The place is clean and not cluttered. It felt really like home. The only thing I would have to say bad about it, is that the street noise is high over night. But I guess you can say this about all places in Bangkok. The host was super friendly and gave us nice tips about the surroundings and the attractions. The vicinity to China Town was also a very nice perk. I would for sure book this place again.

This was an excellent place to stay with our big family. The house was clean with great amenities, a laundry machine (which was so nice to have after a week of traveling), and lots of space and common areas. We loved the terraces that gave us a little bit of outdoor space. Top was very helpful when we had to be flexible with our checkin time and the process was seamless. They were very responsive to all our questions. I would definitely stay here again with my family in the future!

We stayed at Theerapons place for 8 nights. From the moment we walked in we felt like home. It had everything we needed, spacious, super clean (like I can’t explain how clean this place was) and his art is just beautiful. If you’re looking for the glitz and the glamour of sukhumvit road this isn’t the property for you. This is situations in a local neighbourhood about 20min from Asoke. it gives you a taste of what local life would look like but still close enough, it has been the highlight of our trip. It very easy to get food, grab etc. plenty of local coffee spots, street food in the mornings and the people are super friendly. It was exactly what we were looking for. We slept like a baby every night and it was so quiet. Thank you for everything and we can’t wait to return. Happy new year

We had a wonderful time staying here! The host was very responsive with any questions we had! It was very walkable to local attractions and was easy to navigate to. We really enjoyed the space for the 5 of us. It was as described! Definitely would come back here again!

Pai’s place was just amazing. Plenty of space for our family of five and the location can’t be beat for an authentic immersion. And as many other reviews attest, it isn’t just the accommodations that are nice; it’s Pai’s concierge service that makes navigating Old Town Bangkok a breeze. Would definitely recommend. 11/10.

The location is very convenient. Walking distance to BTS. The flat is spacious with three floors. The host responds really quickly upon inquiries. A pleasant stay in BKK.

Really friendly and fast ccommunications. All rooms are neat and clean, it is nice and playfully furnished. The house is spacious for several people and has all the comforts. For a nice centrally located stay in the heart of Bangkok, this is certainly recommended.

3 floors villa. Every room is en-suite. Close to the BTS. Walk in about 15-20min to terminal 21. A lot of convenient stores 7-11. Many street food during lunch hour. Many massage stores to get relaxed.

It’s a short walking distance to Chinatown streets and MRT, and we visited there during Chinese New Year and the vibes is on point. My family loves the accommodation especially it comes with washing machine and dryer, save us the time to go laundry shop.

I was late for check-in, but you waited and kindly explained. There are 4 rooms, so it is nice and tidy to come as a group. I like that it is close to Thongrer and Ekamai. If you use the water bus, you can go without traffic. I'll visit you again next time I go to a group with family or friends. ^ ^

Several adults from one family stayed here for one month while supporting a loved one at a local hospital nearby and the house was a perfect home base for the time here. The house was functional and very neat, two bedrooms with what appeared to be full size (maybe queen size) beds and one bedroom with both a twin size bed and a crib for babies. The home had two full bathrooms upstairs, both worked fine although the bathroom inside the primary bedroom absolutely never cooled down despite our efforts. The washer / dryer was super helpful, and I was told the primary bed was fairly uncomfortable. Everything was neat and clean. The house is located in a nice gated neighborhood, very quiet but not walkable to much and definitely a suburb of Bangkok proper. Mo was responsive throughout and provided a second house key upon request.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was lovely and well-located in Bangkok, perfect for our group of 2. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host's incredible hospitality. As coffee lovers, we travel with our own brewing equipment, just needing a kettle. When we discovered there wasn't one, the host went above and beyond, providing us with a brand new one within 15 minutes! This thoughtful gesture was so appreciated. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in Bangkok.

First and foremost! My man, Bhan, was just ultra accommodating, very responsive and extremely helpful. He just elevated the whole experience & left no stone unturned. Coming to the property, very well made from the asthetic to the facilities available, comfortable and just felt like home. The balcony was airy and the plants kept in front gave shade from the sun. The washing machine and the dryer just made life easier, kitchen amenities to the T. Just wanted to thank you again for letting us call this place home for a few days and hope we can come back to it in the future
