Vacation rentals with a patio in Chantepec

Fantastic stay and location.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

Great place to get away from town. Viviana always on the slope made us feel very comfortable. The incredible apartment, the phenomenal concept as seen in the photographs.

We loved the place, the house is very large and has a very nice terrace. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos and the water was hot even at night when the weather was cold. The rooms are very spacious and each has its own bathroom, excellent for large groups. The host makes you feel right at home. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is very nice and pet friendly, it is very close to the lake and the building has amenities Mariana's service and kindness were excellent

Marcela's house is BEAUTIFUL!! The rooms are spacious, each has its own bathroom. There were bathrooms for areas outside. The super complete amenities, the kitchen had everything you need to cook and there was even plenty. We were able to make roast meat with no problem. There is a lot of furniture to spend a very pleasant afternoon outside. Pool and Jacuzzi available!! Although it would be appreciated if before arrival they could have clean water, but overall, everything was fine. Please note that the pool water is not temperate.. Overall a pleasant experience.. Of course I would come back!!

Juan is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and checked multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed. He also came by to meet us in person. His place is like your own home. He has provided everything you would need except food. All the little things like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, even dish and clothes detergent. All of his furniture and appliances are good quality. There is filtered water which is a big plus. We have already made reservtions to stay next year as a place like this is rare. Thank you Juan for providing such a nice place.

The place is just like the images, the house is very nice, the pool and jacuzzi have warm water. The place was very clean and had everything you need, I highly recommend it

Excellent location… breakfasts , lunches, dinners and meals very close by. Nice view. Lots of security in the building. Friendly receptionist and parking guard.

It’s a good place somewhat towards the outskirts of the city. Little to no traffic to get there. Hosts were super responsive to any issues and were constantly checking on us. If I come back to visit, I would definitely consider rebooking. The location has amazing things to do on campus. Thanks for the amazing stay!
