Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Channel Islands

We had a lovely Christmas at Olga's place. It was very cozy and nicely decorated. Olga had prepared a Christmas tree for our arrival and was very attentive to our comfort. We were unfortunately not able to enjoy the garden given the weather, but it is also well equipped. We would recommend this listing.

We felt comfortable in the house. A little dusty here and there, but that was no problem for us. You had a beautiful view from the garden. The restaurants and stalls were within walking distance. The beaches in Erquy are beautiful. Communication with Xavier was very good. He always responded promptly.

We had a nice week. We were 5 adults and a teenager. The house is functional, bright and tastefully decorated. The hot tub is easy to access, protected from sight, and the terrace is nice. The house is as described. There are shops nearby even if in this season (February holidays) it is rather very quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc's home, it's located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with very friendly neighbours. The upstairs of the house consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (with walk-in shower) while the downstairs is a spacious open-plan area leading onto a huge decking area. There is also a useful downstairs WC which isn't shown in the listing. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need, even tea and coffee is provided (you'll find the toaster in one of the cupboards). There is a full size fridge/freezer; washing machine in utility cupboard. There is an out-building which we found really useful to store our 3 bikes and bikerack. The dryer can be found here but we just used the clothes line in the garden. There was a nice welcome box with wine, biscuits, sweets & butter. Just down the road is a great chippy called Fishionados. All in all, Marc's place really is a 'home from home' - thoroughly recommended.

We had a fabulous week at Sylvie's place. The cottage is perfect for a family of 4, tastefully decorated, spacious rooms and everything we needed. Our puppy was safe in the little garden which was very convenient! As for the village, it completely seduced us: we ate fish and seafood every day thanks to the fishmonger at Simon's, did our shopping at Mimi's, eat at the Frégate, and walked trails and beaches and all this on foot from home! The surroundings are also magical: the island of Brehat, Paimpol, the abbey, Treguier, the furrow ... in short, it was a perfect week and we will be back!!

Charming Breton house, we appreciated the calm and the environment. A perfect home for small children that touches everything because no useless trinkets ( the dream!). In short, I highly recommend Gerard's house. We will be back!

We had a pleasant stay, the house is very warm, all equipped, the pool and private hot tub is a real plus.. the place is very relaxing, thank you to Sofie who makes herself available and for her kindness, Looking forward to coming back.

What an amazing location! This is ‘no frills’ style Airbnb, in the sense that you bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries etc. But this is reflected in the costing, and the views are unbeatable. A wonderful little base from which to explore South Hams and a very responsive host.

We had a wonderful short break whilst visiting family in the area. The property is very well equipped and homely, but unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy all that was on offer due to being so busy exploring. The town is lovely and with easy parking outside the property, we were able to make the most of the location. It will be our ‘go-to’ for future visits.

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. This one is perfectly located, right in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not enjoy the small balcony as we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We treasure this address because we will definitely be back. A big thank you!

Raphael is a very friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is exactly as described and also looks like on the photos. It is a very tastefully modernized old building with beautiful wooden floorboards that creak in places, which hardly bothered us. We enjoyed everything very much, also the bed was comfortable. Initially it smelled a little damp in the bedroom, but after ventilation and heating everything was fine. I particularly loved the large Philips Smart TV with Ambilight and the sound bar with the great sound. The wifi was also very fast and stable. When parking in front of the apartment on the street, we were also lucky and always found something free. We were very pleased about the welcome package in the form of buckwheat cookies and a bottle of cider and water each. Thank you very much. And thank you for the beautiful and highly recommended stay!

christine's place is very well located, in a very quiet environment and it is well arranged.

We can only recommend this place to you. Everything is perfect, we rested well with a quality of bedding. Hélène and her spouse are very flexible and offered to stay until the evening for this last day of the weekend. A real foot on the ground where you can unwind.

What an amazing stay at Karen’s - the only grudge I have is I didn’t have more time :( Karen’s place is superb - the location, the house, the communication - everything was spot on. I had read previous reviews and was expecting a very good experience but this was so much beyond. The apartment is right on the doorstep to the beach. It is situated at easy walking distance to the town centre and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is lovely - there’s load of space, the rooms are very vibrant and it is built and maintained to a very very high standard. I would certainly stay here again.

Pleasant stay in a well appointed accommodation. Well soundproofed, very quiet. We see Granville and the sea from the window. Shops are within an 8-minute walk and a beach is accessible within the same distances. Odile is friendly and available. All this creates a nice stay (and the weather was good for us too).

Thank you to our hosts for being able to enjoy their apartment..A splendid view of Dinard and St Malo.....quiet and starting point for many walks at the foot of the residence.... In a beautiful entrenu park.....we felt privileged........Have breakfast facing the sea .. pure happiness......we recommend this delicious resort without hesitation..........

We had a lovely time. The atmosphere of the location was great. Our host was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. The location was perfect to visit all the historic sites. Highly recommend this airbnb to anyone who wants to visit Normandy.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
