Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Champlan

This place is amazing! From booking to our arrival, Jean Patrick provided excellent communication. When we arrived, he ensured we had everything needed to find the location via taxi. He assisted us with getting our bags up to the top floor of the building and walked us through the apartment and even met us to help get everything down at the end of our trip. This apartment is the end unit on the top floor of the building and very quiet. From first glance walking in, you feel at home and much larger than they appear in the photos. We were traveing with our three kids and they had their space and we had ours. The kitchen and bathroom are also large and spacious with the added benefit of having a washer in the apartment. Great restaurants and bakeries are within short walking distance in either direction. You are steps from the Musée de l'Armee and the Tomb of Napoleon, a very short walk to École Militaire metro, busses and a view of the Tomb and Eiffel Tower. We wish we could stay longer!

A lovely apartment in perfect surroundings. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as public transportation. It's good that the windows are so soundproof, as there is noise from people on the street, but that's part of staying in the city center. Lots of life and good vibes. Worth a visit.

Top location - few hundred meters away from the Eiffel Tower, the apartment is cozy and spotless clean, it has everything needed for comfortable stay. Flawless communication with the host, always responsive and helpful. Felt like staying at a friend's home!

Location location location! Close to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants, supermarkets etc. The apartment gave us the experience of living in Paris. The apartment is warm & cozy, yes the neighbours are close but it is an inner city apartment. We could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom & bedroom. On our next trip we hope we can stay here again.

Fully equipped and also many empty cabinets and shelves, where you can store your own belongings. We found the parking a crime when unloading. When loading, we just put the car on the sidewalk opposite entrance. If you come by car, almost 30 euros are added to the parking fee every day. Fortunately, we got the tip to put the car outside the city within 20 minutes walking distance.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern. We were 2 couples and the kitchen and living/dining area offered everything we needed. The Metro was steps from the front door Fantastic bakery on the corner and grocery store just a block away. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it for anyone visiting Paris. Would love to go back.

Nice parisian apartment at the very heart of the city of lights. Many restaurants and things to see and do around. Friendly and responsive host.

Jocelyn is a very friendly host and very flexible. The house is very pleasant and peaceful. I highly recommend this place.

The house is very nice, very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, everything is easily accessible (metro, tram, shops, restaurants). Olivia responds quickly to messages despite the jet lag. Excellent stay!

Excellent stay with Brigitte who welcomed us very warmly! Impeccable large apartment and very well equipped. It's easy to park on the street for free. We'll be happy to go back.

Had a fabulous few days in Paris at Gilian’s place. It’s in a great location close to the metro and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The very central location meant that all the sites were an easy walk or metro ride away. Set back from the street it felt cozy and safe. It was the perfect size for our family - 2 adults and a teenager. It would be comfortable for more. Gilian was a great host. Very responsive & provided a useful handbook with restaurant recommendations. We’d definitely stay here next time we are in Paris if it’s available.

We stayed at Olivier's place (with our toddler) for the second time, because we were so happy with the apartment, the communication with the host and the location (at our previous stay in 2024)! We absolutely recommend this place and Olivier as a host!

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

"We loved our stay in Paris and staying in Sandro's apartment was a differential. Close to good restaurants, metro , Pantheon, Arena, among other attractions and easy to go by foot or by metro on all sides of Paris. The apartment has the essentials for a good stay and to be able to eat at home. Quiet, and great for housing a small family. We will stay again and recommend it.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Excellent space, excellent host! This place was as advertised. Beautiful space with great directions and assistance before and during our stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely look to stay here again!
