Vacation rentals with a patio in Champigny-sur-Marne

Everything was great from check in to check out. No contact check-in and check-out. The apartment has everything you need. Terrace 😍. The kitchen had everything for cooking various dishes. From the metro to the house 15 min. There are many grocery stores around. A high-speed train will take you to Paris in 7 minutes. I will lovingly remember the area. I recommend it.

Beautiful very large secure apartment with easy access to the bus line. Nathalie was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with my stay in this great sunny apartment, even bigger than in the photos and very well located. The bedroom overlooks the courtyard, so super peaceful. The alley is quiet as well. Clément is very friendly! He made sure of my well-being during my stay. Being a woman traveling alone, I felt safe thanks to the 2 doors that are on the ground floor and the security cameras. I look forward to coming back in the next couple months.

Lovely apartment in the suburbs of Paris with a 5 minute walk to local shops and metro station. It was very easy to reach the city centre as it was direct on the metro. The apartment was fully functional, clean and exactly as the pictures portrayed it. Would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Paris again.

Absolutely the best place my family and I have stayed in Paris. Here are the reasons: - The property itself was just as described, it was clean, cozy and comfortable - The location was perfect! The metro is right around the corner, there's a Boulangerie downstairs, and countless of restaurants as soon as you leave the apartment. - Communication with Birgitte was on point, her timely responses made our days smoother and stress-free. Just be aware that if you have several heavy luggages (like we did), you will need to haul them up two flights of stairs. But it was well worth it! Overall, this is the place we will try to book again in the future!

A pretty little apartment with good metro connections. Unfortunately, it borders areas that you shouldn't visit alone at night, which aren't really pretty either. But we had no problems with it. The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very attentive and friendly. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray with a flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and Champomy (for children) in the apartment. That was very sweet. Directly in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. Everyone who has ever been to Paris by car and looked for a parking space there will appreciate the apartment's own parking space in a closed parking garage. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

Very nice stay. We enjoyed the terrace in this ideal weather. The place was clean and we were well received. We requested a late checkout which was very kindly accepted. I appreciate this weekend.

Everything was wonderful

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

We had the perfect stay for our family get away. Photos do not do this place justice, it is modern, specious and peaceful hideaway in a lovely little village. We especially enjoyed our morning trip to the local bakery each day for our freshly baked bread and to choose from the selection of cakes. It was ideal for our trip to Disneyland Paris as it was an easy 15 minute drive away and we loved the themed rooms, our daughter especially enjoyed the selection of soft toys around the place. Sabine was a brilliant host, she greeted us on arrival and gave us tips for the local area. We highly recommend this place and would love to return for another stay soon!

Great place & location, a bit further out of the city but easily accessible & the area itself was lovely with stuff nearby to wander to in the event. House was lovely & perfect for what we needed, felt very safe.

Noémi and Guillaume are very caring, discreet and attentive hosts. Communication was very prompt and efficient. The house, which is a farmhouse, is full of charm and perfectly combines old and modern. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities were really great. The accommodation is very clean and tastefully decorated, you immediately feel very good there. Lots of small touches from Noémi and Guillaume, towards us at check-in and for our young child. Finally, the place is quiet and the accommodation is very secure and quiet, the garden has a very nice terrace and is surrounded by a fence and obscured by plants for more privacy and security, very little or no opposite. Perfect for families and couples of friends with 3 bedrooms and many amenities for children in particular. High quality service, I highly recommend it.

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

Loveddd this apartment and host Kazumi is an absolute delight. Great people with a lovely airbnb. This apartment is in one of the best parts of Paris, so walkable and convenient. Multiple bakeries just downstairs, I would pop by for some croissants and lattes and head right back up to enjoy breakfast w the fabulous view and peace. The shower was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable! (More comfortable then my own bed not even lying haha) The laundry was an added bonus for me mainly why I wanted a b&b instead of hotel. Thank you Kazumi for everything!! You are amazing!! We will be staying here again when we’re back in Paris :))

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated and very clean! It is conveniently located for a stay at Disneyland (about 15min drive). A Wakandese immersion so as not to break the charm of Disney! Lara and Pilar have provided us with clear instructions to access the listing, which is located in a secure residence (a big plus for us) We'll be happy to go back for a future stay!

One without fail! Marie-Christine is available, welcoming, very friendly and accommodating. The studio is in pristine condition, very clean, and well-equipped. A short walk from the RER B, it is a great place to visit Paris. Finally, the parking space is great 👍
