As described… but BETTER!!! We are in love with this so atypical chalet. There's nothing missing. This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing and quiet holiday with stunning views of Mont Blanc. We found the place very clean We went skiing on the Saint Gervais /Megève ski area 15 min drive from the chalet. For hikers there are many departures from the chalet.

The mountain views from the apartment were amazing. It was a short 10m drive into the town center, restaurants and skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.

Small cozy nest away from all eyes, We recommend this listing in particular if you move easily by car (this is to avoid walking and busing), Chamonix is composed of several ski resorts all distant from the altis. The accommodation is impeccable and faithful to the listing.

The place was amazing, worked brilliantly for our two families, really close to the gondola, ski rental shop and supermarket. Great place and hd a fantastic ski trip.

A great house all the facilities you could require. The enclosed garden was brilliant for the dogs.Parking on site. It was within walking distance of the center of Chamonix. I hope to stay again. The house is very welcoming. In a beautiful place in the middle of nature. Just a stone's throw from the Mont Blanc Skyway and convenient for those who want to hike. Free shuttle stop 200 meters from the house. Really pleasant stay and warm welcome from Giulia and her mother

A lovely place. You feel that it belongs to a family and wasn't just bought to be an AirBnB. Nicola came all the way from Milan to get us installed, and gave us good instructions. He was also very responsive and helpful when we needed him in the week. The main room/kitchen is amazing, and the flat is equipped with everything you need.

The Maison d 'Arpy is a beautiful high mountain retreat, set in a natural setting of extraordinary beauty. The context is of a unique typicality and, nevertheless, the accommodation offers a series of services that significantly increase its comfort (fast internet, high definition TV, comfortable and efficient shower, heat conduction stove, washing machine) and is impeccably clean. Communication with the host was great, thanks to his responsiveness and friendliness. Beautiful experience

A stunning chalet in the most beautiful of surroundings! Very homely with all the amenities you need. We came with 2 kids and the chalet had everything we would need as a family, with plenty of toys to keep everyone entertained. The views from the chalet are breathtaking and it’s so easy to get to Flaine and Les Carroz from there. The walks near by are also perfect, especially for little hikers. Great wee cabin in a very pretty spot. Nice and quite.

Thanks to Luc for hosting our family of six for a week’s skiing in February. The chalet is just 10mins walk from the Prodains cable car up to the centre of Avoriaz. If the snow is good you can almost ski down to the chalet door! There is also a bus stop outside the chalet for the bus down to Morzine. The chalet is more spacious than most with a well equipped kitchen, WiFi and smart TV. Luc was really responsive and accommodating to our needs. Would happily recommend and return again.

The Mazot is very charming and has everything you need. Charlotte was incredibly helpful and great at giving us advice about Chamonix and les Houches. We would definitely love to come back again.

This Chalet was perfect for our family of 5. The heat is radiant floor heat, so the floors are nice and warm on bare feet. The views are amazing from the balcony and the area is nice to walk around. Nathalie is an amazing host. I had lots of questions ahead of traveling and she was always quick to respond and gave great advice. While there, I questions about other activities and Nathalie gave more great recommendations.

10/10!! The cottage is super well located, in a beautiful and super quiet area, and close to the center (20min walk). Otherwise, buses pass 5 minutes from the chalet. It's a cozy cottage, it feels good, there were 2 of us and we didn't find it too small. Big plus for the terrace facing the forest. We can't wait to come back 😸😸😸😸😸
