Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cha-am District

From the moment we booked the villa , Dirk was incredibly responsive and friendly. The villa itself was immaculate, with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we could ask for. The terrace was a highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the private pool, which was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape after a day of golfing . Lastly , a round of applause to Suzi - the caretaker and Lily- the cook . The culinary experience at the villa was exceptional. Every meal was a delightful journey, showcasing a variety of flavors and beautifully presented dishes. We ended up having all our meals at the villa 🥳 You will not be disappointed. We will return for sure in the near future. 👍

We had wonderful time staying in Nathalie's apartment in Hua Hin. She was very responsive and the condo was clean and matched the photos. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful apartment in a location about half way between Hua Hin and Cha Am. Lovely view of the ocean and with the windows open, it was breezy and pleasant, though there are two air-conditioners as well. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were there nearly a month, and if you do not have a car or motorbike, you can use Grab to get into town---though sometimes it took a while to get a Grab. It is about a 20 minute drive into HH. There is a 7-11 type store close by for some shopping but if you want to cook, you will want to go into the malls in Hua Hin to grocery shop. There is a nice coffee shop, Fernpresso, about a 25 minute walk down the beach (closed on Tuesdays) and an affordable restaurant next to it as well. If you do not have good luck with the tides, then you will find that there is very little beach space as the tides come up high. It is a 10 minute walk from the apartment building to the beach. The swimming pools are wonderful! Great staff!

Great host, Lovely property - the best of both worlds with lots of space to share with family and the use of the Sheraton right next door. The blue lagoon pool is brilliant too. Day trip options galore!!

Fabulous stay in a lovely apartment on the 16th floor with a balcony overlooking the sea. beautiful place with a superb pool and gardens, the staff were fantastic and there are some great restaurants on the beach a few minutes walk away. We didn't want to leave!

Sine’s place at Hua Hin is perfect for our family of 10 with kids. Everyone has their own space with the pool right at the room’s doorstep. The kids loved it! Place was exactly like its description and is very private and peaceful. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the main town and is easily accessible in 10 mins as we have our own rental van. The 3 helpers of Sine’s Villa were perfect too! They took care of all our needs throughout the stay and they were brilliant cooks! We got them to cook us a Thai Dinner on the 2nd night and it was great! The portion was too much for us but we kept the leftovers for lunch the next day, saving us some money at the same time! 😊 Will highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful getaway from city life whilst having so much space for that much needed family bonding and precious time with each other.

I stayed at Olivier’s place with a group of 10 yoga friends. The villa was stunning, clean and more than spacious enough for 11 of us. Our host was really helpful and quick to respond with recommendations for restaurants, beach bars, yoga studios. The villa is well equipped for dining in and the live in maid was a godsend with cooking, washing and booking taxis. She was wonderful. The surrounding gardens are well maintained and the villa and local area felt like an extremely safe place to stay.

Highly recommended ! We're glad that we decided to stay at this villa (though for 1 night) which only 2 minutes away from the beach. The villa is huge, clean and cozy with lovely sitting area and fully-equipped kitchenette. Kids were enjoyed the jacuzzi-swimming pool day and night. Host is also nice. She always respond to our questions and let us checked in 2 hours early. There are choices of restaurants nearby or just drive to Cha-am fresh market in 15 minutes. Our weekend with friends and family were fulfilled with laugh and fun. Thank you so much for your fabulous services.

A wonderful and Thai authentic Villa. Right next to the 8th hole, looking over the lake.. Beautiful pool and a very nice outdoor space. 3 Very nice bedrooms. Perfect communication with the owner will recommend her to everybody.

The place is clean. It is about 20-30 minutes away from Hua Hin city. If there is traffic, it will take a little time, but overall it is comfortable. It is suitable for tourists who come as a family.

We ended up extending our stay here from 13 to 29 days. That should say how much we enjoyed it here! It’s easy to find, about 20 mins drive to the shopping centre (Market Village), the unit is on 3rd floor and it’s spacious for the 3 of us. Kun Nit is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, very accommodating & proactive. The bed is comfy, got a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We felt very secure as it’s 24/7 security. During our stay there it’s very peaceful and we didn’t get any noise disturbances. Just less 5 mins drive is our fave breakfast/lunch place called Love Bread. Amazing food selection (International & local) with great baked goods selection and the staff are very friendly. We ate there almost every morning. If you see this unit available, don’t think twice! We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay here again in a few months time! :)

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and comfortable place to stay, I recommend this place. The room is new. The place owners are very kind and quick response. Even the location is quite far from downtown, but if you have your own car, it’s not a problem. Or you can take a grab or cab there’s, too. Everything you’ve seen in those pictures, they’re there. All decorations, the mountain bike. The place provided all of kitchen set, so you can cook if you need to. Don’t forget to go swimming at clubhouse next door. I will come back here again for sure

This is a fantastic place to stay and unwind! The home is beautifully maintained, and every detail is thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The host goes above and beyond with exceptional care and outstanding communication, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Had an extended stay at this beautiful, peaceful, secluded and serene location. It offers the best of what I was seeking i.e. tranquility, quality of life and ease of mind. The apt. is located on the 5th. floor with a wrap around balcony so you'll enjoy sunrise over the ocean in the west and sunset over the mountain in the east. You are surrounded by forest but on the 5th. floor you are high enough to be well above the canopy with unrestricted views. The building staff is really friendly, efficient and responsive. They will prove cleaning services of the apt., washing clothes (laundry). Everything is returned washed, folded and neatly packed. There is a big swimming pool in the garden and access to the beach based on tides. All domestic needs of food and supplies can be met by using apps (Grab for food delivery, groceries, transportation) and Lazada for everything else (Nespresso pods etc.).

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My children love the pool. Will surely come back again in the future.

Everything was great at the place, nice bathroom/bed/ etc., everything was clean, good accessibility to the stall, large pool, only complaint is that it was not easily accessible due to traffic.

The environment is very beautiful, there is a big pool, and the water of the pool is also very clean, and it can be seen that the host is very attentive running the house.Great host, great communication, any needs and questions will be solved for you.The check-in place is also relatively close to the sea, so it is very convenient to get a taxi.It was a great experience for me to travel for five days.

The house was really nice and the pool was clean, the lady that live there was really friendly. Location of the house is near the beach. I'll come back again for sure

Very pleasant place to stay for a couple of days - the swim in/swim out swimming pool is a huge bonus and the apartment is modern and comfortable.
