the house is prettier than in the photos. The house is very large and with a beautiful terrace. The caretaker Larbi and Caz the owner are very available and nice. You can ask Aicha Larbi's sister ( does not speak French) to clean you and eat morning and evening for €20/day ( without the products), a real plus. You can walk down to the beach 15 min but not easy for people with reduced mobility. In the village there are donkeys and goats walking around, it's very nice. The village is not very clean like many in Morocco. Essaouira ( very nice) is 25min drive and Sidi Kouaki 5 min(unclean beaches and lots of people in August). Caz, I think we should put the small options in the rental price for more clarity and simplification( hammam, surfboards... ). I recommend this lovely house if you want calm and a change of scenery!

Superb accommodation, very well equipped and decorated, parking spaces inside the residence, super responsive hosts and really attentive to the tenants, with a kindness that deserves a 6 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend this accommodation and strongly advise French hosts to be inspired by Moroccan kindness, a rental is also an exchange and the one I had Mahmoud and his wife made our stay even more enjoyable .

Very nice host who always responds quickly, neatly and correctly! The location was easy to find through the location that was forwarded in advance. Very nice and clean home that has all the comforts, we had a nice time. There is plenty to do in the area.

We spent 2 nights at Villa Sunset and it was a perfect getaway. The villa was very clean and well equipped. It's also very spacious and can easily accomodate 12 people.

We had the best holiday at Youseff’s place. No exaggeration, everything was perfect, and one of the best holidays I have ever had. The house is better than in the pictures, and absolutely stunning. So many places to relax both inside and out and the variety of rooms are so beautifully designed and super clean. Most importantly Youseff was so kind and helpful in every way. He responded quickly and made every request happen on a daily basis. I was there with my 2 young children and elderly parents and Youseff organised transport everyday in the local area at great prices and organised transfers to and from Marrakesh. The breakfasts were delicious, plentiful, and varied and I strongly recommend the evening meals which were some of the best meals we had in Morocco and home cooked by Khoula who was brilliant and never said no to anything. Everyone we met who Youseff introduced us to were so kind and helpful. I recommend this place so highly and we will definitely be going back!

We had a great time at Noureddine's house. The vastness and beauty of the surroundings continues inside the space. It is so spacious and lovingly furnished! You can sit all day on the terrace and watch the world turn. In the evening you have an impressive starry sky to marvel at and when it's cool, a fire warms up in the fireplace. If you're hungry, the fishermen sell you fresh fish straight from the boat, which you can grill yourself. Or you can stroll along the beach and find small restaurants. By bus you can go to Essaouira or walk a great route for 4 1/2 hours. We were there without a car and didn't miss it either. In the tiny supermarket of Quassan you can buy a lot every day, including fresh bread. We did not get bored for a minute for 3 weeks and will come back with pleasure.
