Vacation rentals with beach access in Central Illinois

We had a wonderful time a the Scenic skies unit. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm and cozy atmosphere. The little touches they added made us feel at home and appreciated. The location was fantastic and close to everything. It was a perfect space to relax and recharge. Kirby & Taryn are lovely hosts and were very very responsive to any questions we may have had. We highly recommend!

What an awesome stay! Karen was an excellent host, giving us local recommendations, leaving lots of snacks/wine, and always quick to message me back! Her place was so cozy and in such a beautiful location, with the beach being just a few steps away. She had great amenities including AC, a smart TV, and a very functional kitchen. We would recommend this airbnb to anybody looking for a beachside getaway!

Stayed for a weekend trip to the beach. Central location, about 5 minutes drive from Mount Baldy, and 5 minutes drive from Washington Park Beach. The suite is spotless, well decorated, and has more and better quality kitchen supplies than most AirBNB options (has a full spice rack, dishes, pots and pans, and a full knife block!). Beds were comfortable and they generously provided beach towels, bikes, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The only negatives were that it is two blocks from a train station (as is everything else with close availability to the beach) with some early morning trains that could wake up late sleepers, and a construction site across the street- the construction noise was minimal to us, and the construction should at some point be completed. We hope to stay with Jessie again for our next visit!

The place as very cute and just what we needed for a weekend away. The neighborhood was very quiet too. It is a short walk to the lake and if we come back in warmer weather we would spend more time at the water. There were some quirky things about the place, but it is a very old building and we didn't mind. We will keep this on our list of places to stay.

The place was great just as pictured … the location was eh… too close to the big city for us personally… We just were driving through so wasn’t exactly where we would spend a week. It was good for one night. Her place was cute though.

This was a very spacious and nicely kept area, had everything I needed to enjoy my couple day trip. Very close to the shopping outlet, the beach, a couple of nice restaurants (fiddleheads was great). The hosts communicated very clearly and well, they seemed super nice (didnt get a chance to meet them in person). 10/10 place and experience :)

Rob was a great host & I really enjoyed my stay! The house is 5 mins from the lake & super peaceful. Robs dogs were super cute!! Would stay again if I get the chance :)

It was a nice stay. The home had everything I needed. The view was awesome! Nice and private property. Just what I needed to get away and clear my mind. The kids loved the chickens, all the deer we saw and most of all the giant bean bag! Would definitely stay again. Thanks Oscar

This was a lovely beachfront rental with many amenities that was very clean and comfortable.. The townhouse has an array of nice decorative touches in addition to nice quality bedding and lots of fluffy towels. There are also 3 TVs, 32 balconies including a roof top outdoor area with ample seating, plus 2 ground floor sitting areas and fire pit. Multiple floors ensure quiet in the bedrooms. The unit fronts a very nice wide beach area which is only steps away. It is within a short drive of multiple restaurants, parks, wineries, and breweries. We had a last minute power outage at our regularly scheduled rental. The owner of this unit was very flexible regarding check in terms when we needed to find another rental with no advance notice.

The place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A peaceful neighborhood with a lot to offer .

We thoroughly enjoyed our family trip to Miller Beach. The house is beautiful, comfortable, casual & beachy; we utilized every area of the house- breakfast & coffee on the back terrace, cocktails on the front terrace, football on the tv upstairs, tennis on the tv downstairs, family dinners in the dining room, plenty of room in the living room for watching movies together. Loved all of the light in the house- we all felt like we were staying in a tree house! The kitchen was very well-appointed, so nice to have spices and every type of dish/pan/cooking utensil. The beach is beautiful- we walked down to the Dunes and hiked around there, gorgeous. The beach wagon is brilliant, all packed and ready to go. The dogs were in heaven exploring the safely fenced property. Communication with hosts was great. Had pizza & food delivered; we only left the property to hike & go the the beach. Perfect!

Anabelle’s place was great! It had a lot space, very clean, beautiful view and surroundings and very comfortable. Anabelle was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend and would definitely book again!

Another great stay with Elisabeth & co-host Katie :) We had everything we needed - stocked kitchen, clean house, large yard! Especially loved all the windows for amazing light. Home is as described and pictured & host/co-host are a pleasure to engage with. We hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo overlooking one of the largest lakes in the Innsbrook community. It was centrally located, comply and cozy with excellent views of the surroundings. We were there for a wedding and Kelly was so accommodating allowing us early check in so we could prepare for the rehearsal dinner as well as a bit later check out to make sure the banquet room was in order before we departed. I can very much recommend this unit and this host for sure. Thank you Kelly!

This Airbnb was absolutely enchanting! The romantic vibe was felt in every little detail, from the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the space. One of our favorite surprises was the indoor s’mores setup, it added such a fun and intimate moment to our stay. The host also stocked the place with extra essentials like soap, toothpaste, and even floss, small things that are easy to forget, and while we didn’t need them, it was so comforting to know they were there. The estate itself was stunning, with a peaceful lake just steps out the back door, it truly felt like our own private escape. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, even allowing us to check in early since we were planning to check out a bit early as well. We felt so welcomed and cared for. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a great place. Good location & looked just like the pictures. Laura was also very responsive & communicated everything ahead of time & checked in during our stay.

We needed a place somewhat close to home for a quick getaway to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Dane’s place was perfect!! Inviting and comfortable, close to the water, very peaceful!!

Condo was darling; decorated so cute especially for a lake place . Everything felt new. Lots of linens and blankets for the hidel-a-bed. Main bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again in warmer weather so we could take advantage of their amenities on the lake.

Private condos inside Jellystone. Third floor walk up. Quiet neighbors. Nice amenities. Easy access to swimming beach, fishing, water park and mini golf.

This condo was exactly what was needed for our weekend getaway! Adam was responsive and very accommodating, that’s what I appreciated most!

My best friend celebrated her birthday this weekend and we were looking for a relaxing place to getaway. Our condo was exactly what we needed! Joel was helpful and quick to respond to every question we had! The location was very private and we felt safe. There was absolutely no disruptions! Our favorite part of the weekend was after our adventures during the day we had a lovely environment to return to and the fireplace to sit by and unwind. Thank you for this amazing location......highly recommend!
