Finest spot in Jyväskylä, brand new appartment, lake view, reasonable price, 600m from the center, car parking. What more can you ask. Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.

Tyylikäs ja kodikas asuntomme sijaitsee Lutakossa, aivan Jyväsjärven rannalla ja sataman vieressä. Täältä on lyhyt kävelymatka keskustaan sekä kaupungin suosittuihin tapahtumiin. Olet sitten työ- tai lomamatkalla, tulet varmasti viihtymään. Sauna on käytettävissäsi, ja tilavalle parvekkeelle pääsee löylyjen jälkeen vilvoittelemaan, katsellen kaunista järvinäkymää. Alueella maksuton pysäköinti kiekolla, lisäksi mahdollista varata oma autokatospaikka. Tervetuloa Jyväskylään!

Located in Hakakatu 6, this home is a newly renovated and cozy space for 1–4 people. There are two 90cm wide beds in the home that you can choose to connect an extra water double bed. On the sofa bed, you can relax on the book, and if necessary, it will also form a 120cm wide bed. Luxurious cotton linen sheets ensure a good night's sleep.
