Vacation rentals with a pool in Central Asia

We had two wonderful days with the family. Everything was perfect, only there was a small wifi problem that coincided with a general disturbance in the region when we arrived. Other than that, there was a beauty salon, spa and everything you want for a relaxing vacation in front of the villa. Whenever we needed help, we got a solution within minutes. We were very lucky to meet such helpful and friendly people. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you!

it was good value for the price. The villa was very clean tidy and spacious with all amenities and add on listed. The host Samir was very friendly and always reachable around the clock. He is there for you for any help. He guided on the tourist spots and attractions. Also arranged transport for full duration at affordable rate. Great stay highly recommended

The cabin was very beautiful and we enjoyed the stay very much. The rooms were kept very clean. Check in process was smooth. Highly recommend the stay here. There were enough kitchen utensils also provided. Felt like home.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

Housing is sweet once, but it lacks air-conditioning in rooms and keys for rooms, etc. The villa is sweet and special. We hope to pay attention to sprinklers and water and the problem of the Internet is weak in the area and lacks a spreader in clothes. It is 20minutes away from Nizami Street.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Faiza and her house attendant were amazing. The apartment was beautiful and was a perfect location near markets. My husband and I had a wonderful time. It’s private and a beautiful location. We were treated very well and Faiza was very helpful with all our needs. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon

Overall a great place to stay

I had the pleasure of staying at Joynoor’s villa, and it was a truly delightful experience. The house is located in a peaceful and secure residential area. Uber and auto are easily available. The villa itself is absolutely charming. It's a two-story home. The place is immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, offering a homely, welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the kitchen facilities made it easy to enjoy a meal whenever I wanted. But what really set this stay apart was Joynoor. He’s not just a fantastic host, he has a heart of gold. During my stay, he called me multiple times to help guide me to the Golden Temple, the railway station, and even shared great tips on nearby restaurants and shopping spots. I was there during the Lohri festival, and when I mentioned that I’m going outside, Joynoor took the time to explain how to stay safe from the threads that often fall on the road after kites are cut. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture! Wish him luck.

The photos make the space look larger but it wasn’t a problem for two people. Very well located - DHA phase 4, liberty market, mm alam rd everything was within 20 minutes.

We truly enjoyed every moment and felt completely at ease. It was a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature.

Sabina’s place was wonderful. It was exactly what I was looking for, for the price that I was searching. Modern, safe, accessible, and most importantly, it has great amenities, access to the gym/pool, and I also enjoyed the fact that there was a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant, flower shop, and other businesses located on the first floor of the building. This place and the host exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the balcony. The view was stunning. Sabina khanum is so thoughtful that she even left flip-flops to wear on the balcony. Sabina is an amazing host, and she’s extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Thank you so much Sabina khanum, I will be happy to rent your place when I come back to Baku next time.
