Vacation rentals with a sauna in Central America

I’ve stayed in this building several times. Juan Pablo has one of the better up kept, clean and organized units. Great communication, easy to get ahold of and timely. Really enjoyed, will stay again!!

Great place nice location!

Roger and Silvis very friendly.. we were in a long stay and Silvia was always attentive to respond to our queries and I would clean us during the stay, it is appreciated.. Definitely recommended. The apartment is very well equipped. very good value for money.

Good host, nice place to stay

Gio's condo is well equipped and has great views of the Bay and the city. Gio was an excellent host and quickly addressed any issues. The building is located on Balboa Ave between the Hilton and Urraca Park. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area, 24 hour concierge and the area is extremely safe. We had a great stay and look forward to returning next year.

Chris’s condo is all we expected! Really nice property on the first floor of the Malinche complex with an awesome view. Communication with Chris was very fluent and he provided helpful instructions with images and videos. I would definitely recommend this condo!

The apartment was really great. After the long flight, we also enjoyed the pools and sauna. However, you should pack earplugs, as you can clearly hear the street at night. We would stay there again.

Our family of 3 loved this condo. It was so clean and well equipped for our 5 day stay. Great location with a beautiful park across the street, cafes and restaurants. Very quiet building. We will definitely return. Thanks again!

Ideal location for comfort and access to the many dining options near by. And then there is the view. Beautiful.

I’ve stayed at many airbnbs over the years and this place was by far my favorite! This place was clean, comfortable, and had the most incredible view of the lake/volcanos. One of the few times where I actually wanted to spend the majority of my time at an Airbnb. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway and a quiet place to spend surrounded by nature.

Spectacular experience, especially for us a family with young children, at the most incredible spot in Lake Atitlan. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay with great design, wonderful service, and an authentic experience overall. We loved San Marcos as a home base and were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of Annika, Daniel, Sandra, and the rest of the team. We can’t wait to visit again someday.

We loved it all! The quiet and clean location at rest, the sauna in the accommodation, the fruits and herbs that can be picked yourself, the availability of hosts as well as the beauty of the accommodation. A few things to consider: in January, it was pretty cold in the listing in the morning and at night. The accommodation is in a small secluded village, so it's best to have a car or a private driver to come and go. There is not much food accessible nearby, but there are a few restaurants 2-3 km away, "tiendas" and some food that can be bought directly from the host. Thank you for everything!

This was the most absolutely stunning most beautiful stay. Everything about the places we perfect. We loved how private yet together the three rooms were. We loved the beach club and used it everyday with the most beautiful beach access and pool and beach chairs/towels and paddle boarding as well. Everything was so peaceful, clean, and perfect. We’ve stayed a lot of Airbnb’s around the world, this is by far the best. Everything about it is worth it. We couldn’t recommend more and hope to come back one night.

This house was perfect for our two families. Lots of space, very private. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved the mini golf, ping pong and the pool too. We also used the beach club which was fantastic. Jessi was responsive and very helpful. We would 100% rent this house again

This place is dreamy!! If you are considering staying here, you should definitely do it! My only regret is that we should have taken advantage of the services they offer; like dinner at the sala. My husband did get the massage and it was amazing. If we are able to make it back, we would definitely like to do dinner/talas at the sala. Onis, who takes care of the gardens and maintenance, was super attentive. He made sure the pool was nice and warm to our arrival. He also helped us with getting the sauna ready. Such a nice person. Victoria was super proactive and also so attentive to our needs. We had our two kids with us and they were willing to accommodate all of us, plus the kitchen was stock with snacks for everyone. This place is definitely something special. From breathtaking views, a gorgeous swing and tub, to a super well maintained property. We had the most amazing time. Thanks for having us 💕

Ana Regina’s home was perfect. We loved the dock, the boat service, the location, all of it! We celebrated a birthday and managed to watch the SuperBowl while we stayed here (i.e. internet was fast) and had a great time. Santiago made a fire for us on the stove and we made burgers using Ana Regina’s stocked spice shelf. Great place to unwind — thank you for hosting us. We will be back!
