Vacation rentals in Cedar Falls

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful A-Frame in the forest. It was wonderful to be off the highway and our dog loved the surrounding forest. The house is very comfortable and the fireplace keeps everything cozy. The kitchen has great equipment and knives. Even had an espresso machine (bring beans). We loved being able to come back after a day of skiing.

Sites were even better than pictured. Host was super friendly, accommodating, and communicated well. We stayed on a sold out night but didn’t feel like that at all - I don’t think we saw another guest the whole night. App was also very informative, would definitely stay again.

Dmytro’s cabin was the perfect escape that my wife and I were looking for. We wanted a nice dog friendly cabin, in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice hot tub and that is exactly what we got. The cabin was clearly updated in the last few years and has all of the modern features I would want and more. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to make our meals “at home”. The master bedroom loft was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable king size bed. The hot tub was great and had all of the bells and whistles. At times it would be nice to have all of the jets and the fountain on but sometimes it was nice to turn the lights and jets off and just listen to the wind howling through the trees. There are neighbors on either side and across the creek behind the property but the placement of the cabin on the back of the lot and the wall next to the hot tub made everything private. Everything about our stay was exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t be happier!

Jeff’s was great! We were there to celebrate an intimate wedding and just get away from our busy lives for a weekend. The property was large and our Bella (dog) enjoyed running and swimming! Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of fans to keep you cool but we actually didn’t need them and it was 80+! Really enjoyed our stay.

Well equipped for larger groups. Was an excellent location. Beautiful house great for multi family trips, guys or girls trips out of the city. No idea if or when I’ll be back but if I am I would easily stay here again.

This house is a hidden gem, offering multi-layered bedrooms in every corner and inviting living spaces. I was looking for peaceful and this place was so peaceful and the views were absolutely stunning. My only problem was that I wanted to stay more time! Jim’s directions were very clear and the host was very responsive. The cabin was bigger than I expected and it was so charming. My children loved that they got to stay in a real cabin. If peace and quiet a place to unplug from your phone and just enjoy nature and get away from city life this is the perfect place for that, even if it’s for a short stay like myself. Everything was perfect and just so beautiful! Thank you Jim for sharing your home it is a gem!

We all have a great time at Sandy Hook. Very unique community, with fantastic views. The whole island lost power after a major wind storm on Friday night. We were without power on Saturday, but Darrell made sure we stayed comfortable by delivering firewood, instructions for generator and helping, troubleshooting and navigating our needs.
